If there was a -0 Starts, that is what I would give his office. The wife & I both have Neuropathy in our feet. He said some injections should help. They did not! Now almost a year later we are getting a phone call saying we both owe money for services that was almost a year ago.  When I ask why it took 11 months for one, and I think a year ago on me, why did it take so long. The answer was their billing is in Tucson (maybe Phoenix)  I suggested they fire them and bill locally, and or at least check into why it took a year to bill.  But then again, we never got a paper bill in the mail. We ONLY got a phone call.I then told her that Medicare pays the bill. She said they only pay 80%. I then told her that she has our supplemental insurance to cover what Medicare does not pay!Then her answer was, "We don't bill 2nd Party Insurance!"My Answer was since the shots did not work, and we were not informed at anytime of any of our visits that they were out of luck, since they waited a year to inform us.  And since they don't bill our supplements, they were out of luck.So now we are being turned over to collections!So if you have Foot problems... Go to Tucson like the rest of the Medical Fields who Practice here. (few exceptions however)

Worst Pedestrians !! Alejandro brother Juan told me that I’m between a rock and a hard place . I had to beg him to submit a referral to CHLA and he denied it! They don’t care ... they don’t call you back this has been an ongoing issue since my kids were young. They put the wrong diagnosis on both of my kids authorization which could have killed them. They don’t even call you back and they have you wait on hold for hours. ChLA told me that they put my son’s authorization on hold because they can’t reach Montez Medical Group! This is ridiculous! I had to call Global Care and have them redo the authorization and fax them to the correct location. Montez Medical Group hadn’t hep me ever and it’s sad. This would be my twins 3rd pediatrician and they arent even 3 years. His brother Juan is rude and unprofessional.

Worst experience ever!!! They should hire employees who actually like what they do. The woman who answers the phone has the ugliest attitude ever I don’t understand how they deal with babies if they’re not patient at all....

Ever since Obamacare, the place has gone down hill, they do have multiple offices, the Whittier office is the busiest and worst, it s always packed and full of sick crying babies/kids, imagine going to DMV or welfare office, its exactly like that but you're waiting to see a Doctor. The staff on hand dont care for service, poor attitudes and they rarely ever follow up, places just sucks. I highly recommend going anywhere but here.

NEVER again will my child go see this doctor. We went here for the first time for his 2 month vaccines, which I wanted to space them out but they wouldn't do that and to also have him look at his circumcision. First of all, he took his PEN and drew on the tip on my son's wiener which left a scratch, then he LICKED HIS FINGER TO WIPE OFF THE PEN! How disgusting. I feel awful for taking my child here and I feel even more devastated that medi-cal only provides facilities and doctors like these to families who are on medi-cal. I didn't put my son on my insurance because it cost SO much money. I'd just be working to pay into insurance but now I realize there is no price tag on getting amazing care, cleanliness, and sanitation from a suitable doctor. DO NOT BRING you children here.
