Poor service we can find. They fail to send the prescription to the pharmacy, my dad has a surgery with this doctor, but he never do a good follow up, always is busy, late arrivals to the appointments, no enough time to talk to the patient, he never give the results of labs, did not explain anything about his progress

A month ago I had a severe heart attack.Dr Jafari put two stents in my heart at PIH Health Hospital in Downey and saved my life. He's awesome!

Doctor performed emergency treatment on me ,he put stents in Beverly Hospital I am greatfull for him and his team for excellent workmanship and professionalism. Thank You doctor!

Horrible bedside manner and lack of interest in my health. Went in a few times for heart palpitations and chest pains. The Dr blew me off and asked if I had anxiety. He hardly even made eye contact. A few days later my heart rate reached 173. Turns out I had pneumonia and Covid! When I called the office to see what I needed to do to protect my heart, since I have a stent, I was basically hung up on. They were upset I had been in their office with Covid, even though I did not know I had it.

No bed side manner. I know my mom is 98 years old but still should give her the same care as anyone. This is how I see it. I’ve personally taken her for office visits, my sister too.Very long waiting even with appointment. Office does not follow with requests. I kept having to call and remind them to call pharmacy for prescription refills. One time his office said I had to have pharmacy call them!!
