THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTORS OFFICE EVER!!! THE WORST STAFF THEY TRANSFER YOU WITHOUT LISTENING TO WHAT YOU NEED. Doctor nor staff complete there job. I've been calling every week for some help and still haven't been able to get what I need. I've made an appointment and the doctor never bothered to call me nor did the staff notify me that he was busy. I had to call back the next day for another appointment. The doctor nor staff returns calls. I've been dealing with this for over a month. I finally got fed up and changed doctors.

He does not care about his patients. He did not sign my disability extension for my motorcycle accident. He gave me strong medication for my anxiety. I told him I need a week or 2 off to try this medication and he said just take it and you’ll be fine at work. I had to argue with him about lowering the dose and signing my FMLA Paperwork which he did not. That was the last time I saw him. Be aware. He does overbook. You'll be doing a lot of waiting followed by him being in a hurry when he finally gets to you.

I told him I need a week or 2 off to try this medication and he said just take it and you’ll be fine at work. Dr. Espíritu doesn’t seem to care about his patients. I requested a letter confirming that I suffer from preexisting conditions that put me at higher risk for COVID 19 and he refused to do it. I was requesting this letter for my sons school which requires us to do Bingo hours or pay a hefty sum of money. I was told to just put a mask on and try to social distance! I’m still in shock that someone in the medical profession that is aware of your medical conditions and the high numbers of infected can recommend you put yourself at risk just because he is unwilling to write a letter. We are told to stay away from family and friends everyday on the news and he wants me to go out and be around strangers. Unbelievable!!

He does not return calls to you or your pharmacy. Cannot get approvals for generic from him. He just does not care about his patients. Avoid him at all costs.

I visited with Dr. Espiritu after not going in to see him for almost 2 1/2 years and he remembered me, personal things he and I discussed in our last visit, and I felt he was genuine about his desire to work with me to improve my health.

I'll never forget Dr. Espiritu or how humiliated he made me feel. I went in because I was having UTI symptoms. Immediately, he asked me how many sexual partners I've had. I have NEVER been asked this question in regards to a UTI. He proceeded to do a pelvic exam (again, never needed one for a UTI). He dropped the speculum while it was still inside of me which was painful, and he and the nurse started LAUGHING. I practically ran from the office in tears after that. Avoid at all costs.
