Geetha V. Gabbita's Online Review Report Card

This is the WORST DOCTOR in town. Her staff is just as bad. They are RUDE and have the WORST communication with the doctor and patients They are always fully booked and when you finally are able to have an appointment the doctor doesn't show up and has to cancel her appointments. They lose paperwork and forget to tell you what you need to bring to the appointment so that you have to reschedule. The office is old and not welcoming at all. This doctor never fills out any paperwork for her patience like FMLA or Work forms. All she does is just talk about her good old days at university.Dr. Gabbita Geetha doesn't care about you at all and always knows "best" even if you try she won't listen to you DO NOT COME HERE!! I wish I would have read reviews before I chose this office. Luckily, I got out.

So friendly. Dr takes her time with patients. Love them.

Wonderful helping care

Dr. Geetha Gabbita helped me so much with my chronic pain. She encouraged me to get off Vicodin (1 of the hardest addictions to kick) & sent me to try an awesome specialist Dr. Gilbert Gelfand for my chronic pain. They both have helped me improve my quality of life. Dr. Gabbitta is trustworthy and cares for her patients. She has been my physician for over 20 yrs. Nurse that answer the phone refused to make me a sooner appointment after I'm telling her that I'm pregnant and need to be seen sooner than next month for labs and urine exam. She kept trying to push me to the urgent care when I told her I don't have an infection but would like to be seen sooner than next month.

Love Dr. Gabbita,she takes time to talk and go over things ,I have been going to her about 20 yrs. When my husband was sick years ago she wrote a letter to get him into City of Hope .

DO NOT COME HERE!1. They made me wait 2.5 hours to get a physical- and I made an appointment. The receptionist also didn’t tell me it was cash only. Her vibes are extremely unfriendly.2. I made an appointment one month in advance and they cancelled it the morning of. They failed to tell me I needed to get a COVID test after I told them I had tested positive 3 months before, asymptomatic. I don't know what these other reviews are talking about but I've called them several times and the front staff here are helpful and respectful. I feel bad for calling so much, but they understand.

dr. g is great. BUT HER STAFF HASVRAN DOWN HER OFFICE. ESPECIALLY THE ONE IN CHARGE. MARIA IS HER NAME. IF DR. G HOT RID OF HER? DR. OFFICE WOULD BE NICE AGAIN. Only of gabbita can see how she really acts with the patient when dr. is not close by to see or hear. But its the staff not Dr. gabbita.

If I could I would give no stars. Staff is horrible especially Letty. I get lab work done, they don't follow up with results. Everytime I call to make an appt. they tell me to go to urgent care. Why do I have a PCP if they refer me to urgent all time. Waiting time is also long. 1 hr in the waiting room and another hour in the room. They don't care about their patients.
