I have been coming to this dental practice for as long as I can remember and now as a patient who is in their mid-twenties I hope that I never have to change providers. I have received top notch treatment here and always trust the staff's opinion. Around 10 years ago I went through one of their in-house partners for orthodontic treatment and it was the most pleasant experience (at least as pleasant as braces could get). One time during an emergency in which I was tripped during a basketball game and fell with my mouth open on my teeth, Dr. Lowe came to meet me at their office after hours to ensure that there was no immediate damage to my teeth. They have sincerely made me love visiting the dentist office, so much so that when I was away for grad school I would still make appointments with their practice when I came home for breaks.

This office is great. Very good with my toddler and teens. My husband and I were also seen and all of the staff was wonderful. Thorough explanations of everything. Positive and welcoming environment.

I've been going to Dr. Ross since 1998. By far. Dr. Ross and his staff are the BEST! Always welcoming, customer focused and absolutely proficient and professional in his craft. He treats his patients with care and alleviates any fear of oral dental care. Highly recommend!!!!!

The best dental experience for my special needs son! Such a friendly staff from front office to dental technicians. They are empathetic and have creatively eased my son’s sensory challenges. They are incredibly patient and kind. Also, his teeth have never been better. Highly recommend!

I’ve been visiting Dr. Ross & Dr. Lowe since my first dental visit ever. And to this day they have the best staff, shout out Vinny & Natalie. Visits always feel like I’m visiting family.

I have been coming to this office for many years and before that I had brought my children. My husband is also a patient. We always feel well cared for. Tia cleaned my teeth today, in the meantime exchanging helpful advice about tooth and mouth care. I then saw Dr. Ly who always asks about my family and my health. I will also be returning for a permanent tooth replacement after an implant prep that was done because Dr. Ly discovered an infection at a root in one of my teeth on the last visit.

Predatory billing practices. Said they accepted my insurance, did not disclose they were out of network and ended up costing our family over $1500. They charge over $500 for a 2 year old teeth cleaning.
