The most AMAZING doctor I have EVER had the pleasure of going to. He really made the entire cancer process much easier on me. GREAT bedside manner and takes his time explaining everything. I even drive 55 miles to see him so that says something

BEWARE CANCER PATIENTS. DR. MERRILL SHUM AND HIS STAFF ARE NOT SINCERE OR COMPASHIONATE WHEN IT COMES TO MONEY. MY BLOOD RESULTS ARE BEING HELD HOSTAGE BY HIS STAFF BECAUSE I CAN'T AFFORD A $95 CO-PAY. HIS OFFICE MANAGER RACHEL/RAQUEL TOLD ME TODAY THAT I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO SPEAK OR TALK TO DR. MERRILL SHUM. I WAS HUNG UP ON BY 3 OF HIS RECEPTIONIST TODAY AND NOT ONE OF THEM TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE HAVING PHONE SYSTEM PROBLEMS. I HAD TO FIND OUT BY GOING INTO THE FACILITY. i HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY RESULTS OF MY BLOOD DRAW FOR OVER A MONTH NOW, WITH MANY DEAD ENDS FROM HIS CORPORATE OFFICE. KRISTIAN THE RECEPTIONIST SAID SHE WOULD HAVE CAROLINA, WHO IS A SUPERVISOR FOR COMPLAINTS, GIVE ME A CALL BACK. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK FROM CAROLINA. I ASKED IF THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (GONZALO) COULD GIVE ME A CALL BACK AND NEVER HEARD FROM HIM EITHER. SO IF ANYONE READS THIS AND IS GOING THRU HARD TIMES, MAKE SURE YOU ARE READY FOR WHAT MIGHT HAPPEN HERE.
