Worst hospital ever I was hired here and do not recommend working for this company they are unprofessional and unorganized and do not keep to there word. I went through the whole hiring process and pre employement screening and accepted job offer had a official start date come to find out they call three days before my start date after putting in my two weeks at my job that they un assigned my offer letter sending me a letter saying that my references didn’t go through that’s ridiculous it was not easy finding people and not only that they expect yiy to fine 5 people and have them have a link sent to so this job is ridiculous I have had jobs in the pas where they call your references however there not a max number don’t apply here
Very clean and the staff was helpful
PIH was a Great Hospital about 10 years ago. But times have changed... In the Political atmosphere we are in everyday with COVID19; I didn't think a Healthcare Provider would stoop so low and lose Professionalism. A truly disappointing moment in a scary time of our Lives. October is open enrollment so I will definitely be changing to another Provider.
I am not sure what’s happened, but quality of care and waiting times unacceptable from what it use to be. Thinking to look for new hospital as I am tired of waiting for hours and hours and then left sitting in a room without anyone responding. If I have a serious injury I believe that I would die before I get to the medical professional who cares.
I had my baby here and all the nurses were amazing. Including the nicu nurses. Couldn’t thank them enough for taking care of my baby and I.
This is for PIH Health Cerritos pediatric and lab. Both staff and management are incompetent. I took my son here for the pediatrician, he ordered the routine anemia blood test to be drawn from my son's arm even though he just turned two. We waited close to 15 minutes after signing in to be called in, despite the fact that there was no one else in front of us, the phlebotomist Vanessa was not checking the sign in sheet at all. She then give us an attitude, not giving any proper guidance or show any sympathy to my son was was already frightened. She took multiple pokes at my son, at this time, he was already screaming. I finally had enough and and asked to speak to the office manager, who not only was not helpful, but actually defended the phlebotomist. I will never take my son here again, warning to all who thinks this is closer to their house, go somewhere else and save the headache.
I’m really discontented with the service my son received here last week when he was brought in by ambulance for extreme back pain. He was seen by a PA Samantha Eitner, who had a very condescending attitude about my sons pain. He laid on a gurney in a room for 3 plus hours before his pain was managed. No test or cause of his pain was addressed. All she did was walk in the room and tell him he needed to stretch and walk it off. This use to be a great hospital but I’m not sure what type of people they hire now.
This place is trash ! I went in at 4:53 am because i felt very ill, not due to covid, due to i don’t know because they never told me . They were asking me to describe my symptoms and instead they looked at me and asked me if I have ever had a mental problem? What do my symptoms have to do with a mental problem? Anyway, they didn’t even bother checking me , no blood test no urine test NOTHING! all they said was “you look fine to me” “I don’t see anything” I was discharged at 5:19 am . They told me they couldn’t do anything because it was not an emergency, they’re charging me $300 for what ? Just to walk in and walk right out ? I had to go to work and I felt very bad but still went , I get to work , I’m feeling really bad and all I remember was waking up on the floor and my co workers asking me if I was ok ? I don’t know what happened. To top it off I work construction , I work very high on buildings, it could’ve been a lot worse for me but thankfully I wasn’t working no where near the edge of the building. All this could’ve been avoided if PIH took a little more time on me instead of telling me I seemed fine. This hospital is TRASH ! BASURA!
This is the worst hospital ever! Every time I call for an update on my mother who has been in there for 3 day's that I know of I have been told someone will call me back and no one ever does. We can't see her cus she is in Covid unit and we can't speak to her. The nurse is rude and told my brother that only one person should be calling and we should get info from that one person. Well that's would be great in a perfect world where we talk to each other but we don't and I live out of state. Very unprofessional, you would think the staff would be more sympathetic to peoples feeling when they have loved ones in the hospital. We are not asking for alot other than to know an update on how they are doing.
Nice service every day.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
