Dr. Valdez help my son with he dental needs. I was very weary of the procedure he was going to have, but Mr. Valdez gracefully and patiently listened and explained what the procedure would entail for my son. He did not stop there; Dr. Valdez checked in on us and my son before, during, and after the procedure. I can honestly say that he cares about his patients. His skill and paternal care make him a superb dentist. Thank you, Dr. Valdez.

In the past 3 years this place was good really professional had no complaints, my daughter needed 4 molars put in. The staff and anesthesiologists and the dentist were top notch. But during the last year dentist left staff left and its a miracle if you get a person on the phone i talked to an answering machine more than a person i had finally gotten an appointment and when i showed up the office was closed i was a little early so maybe i thought they were out to lunch 20 minutes later still waiting never got a call saying my appointment was canceled or rescheduled nothing i foundanother pediatric dentist 20 minutes later and their office answered the phone i got to talk to a actual person. So long dr.valdez
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Valdez and his practice . They are so friendly, so knowledgeable, and follow up when needed. The scheduling and hours that are available are convenient for me and my family, and they always work with us to make sure we can get an appointment as soon as possible. Dr. Valdez And Dr. Wilson always make sure that the patient's needs are met, and go above and beyond expectations! That is why we have been coming there for years and will continue to do so!
Great Dr glad we came to him now my son feels comfortable to going to the dentist. He was very patient and I liked that he explained treatment that needed to be done. Pretty satisfied with work
They are great with kids.. my son had a great experience.. they are very kind and friendly.. dr Valdez explained everything to my boy..
I haven't been here but they called me back right away. That's a big plus in my book. I didn't catch her name but the lady who was helping me over the phone was new and super kind she gave me and my daughter an appt for This coming Monday.
My son still continues to go to Dr. Valdez. We have such a good outcome every time. He was there when we needed him 3 years ago he's just the best with children. I will never forget us checking out 2 other children's dentist one strapped him down. I read where children are scorned by this I couldn't bare to watch. When we came across Dr. Valdez, he knows how to work with children and my son needed that as back then his speech wasn't perfect it was hard for him to articulate words and really express what he was feeling. Great children's dentist!
I would give zero stars if I could. Let me tell you this negative review all started because a dental assistant(Maria Espinoza) wanted to be dirty, rude, unprofessional, uncompassionate and classless. On March,26,2018 my daughter had a dental appointment. The dental assistant (Maria Espinoza) call us in and seated my daughter, asked me the reason for the visit, I told her my daughters filling didn't seal properly.(I was told by her primary dentist) The dental assistant (Maria Espinoza) proceeded to get the tools and film ready to take a x-ray but I noticed she was touching the things that she was going to put in my daughters mouth without gloves, she put gloves on after so I asked her if she can use new stuff because she was touching those without gloves. The dental assistant (Maria Espinoza) gives me a dirty look and says" her hands are clean cause she sanitized them"(I never saw her clean her hands after touching the waiting room door handle to let us in) I told her I had O.C.D and I didn't know if the dentist had let her know. The dental assistant(Maria Espinoza) proceeded to walk away and enters a side room snickering and making fun of what I asked her, she comes out wearing new gloves and takes the x-ray but by then I was already upset. When the dentist came out ( by the way it was not Dr.Valdez) I asked to speak with her to the side and I proceeded to let her know what had happen and that I would never come back here and I didn't want to go through with the services, as I was talking to the doctor, the dental assistant(Maria Espinoza) comes over to where we were talking and gives her two cents. Myself and the dental assistant(Maria Espinoza) get into a full blown argument in front of the doctor, my child, other patients and the staff. Not once does the doctor tell her to walk away, settle down or anything. The classless assistant (Maria Espinoza) tells me " I got your daughters chart not yours". My daughter starts crying and the doctor (petite blond caucasian woman) tells me I need to leave. I told her I would as soon as I get the dental assistants name but the classless dental assistant(Maria Espinoza tells me she's not going to give me her name so, after more back and forth she finally gives me her name(Maria Espinoza) and I leave with a very distraught daughter. I asked her why she was crying and she told me she was upset with the way they were treating me. My daughter was crying most of the day due to this affecting her. It has been a few days now and I would of thought DR.VALDEZ would had tried to contact me and try to make things right. I suffer from extreme anxiety and this has done a number on my mental state. I now have to pay out of pocket to fix their mistake. I was told to get a lawyer. TO BE CONTINUED...........................
So happy to have found Dr Wilson! My daughter had a traumatic tooth injury at school resulting in a horizontal root fracture (her primary tooth was broken in half under the gums). Dr. Wilson said most dentists recommend pulling a baby tooth with that type of injury but I had read online that dentists are now days starting to opt for conservative treatment and getting positive results. Dr Wilson could tell I was hesitant to pull it so said we could wait and see what happens. A week later I reached out to her again and requested for it to be splinted. She told me to pros and cons of such a choice and I was willing to take my chances. I am VERY happy to say the splint just came off and so far so good! Her tooth is relatively stable again. Dr Wilson was beyond helpful, sweet, caring and kind. I feel very fortunate to have found a dentist who was able to help me get her conservative treatment and it looks like we may have saved her tooth! I was worried my daughter was going to be traumatized from all this but Dr Wilson is so good with kids that she wasn't even phased and does not fear the dentist. THANK YOU DR WILSON!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
