Dr. Madrid is fabulous but her staff could honestly not be any ruder. I keep going because she is a good doctor but every time I call I have an unpleasant experience. Just FYI

Dr. Madrid used to be my primary doctor but since I moved two hours away I can no longer see her. She’s very attentive and would listen to all my needs and questions. I’m glad she’s still helping other patients. God bless her.

The receptionist is the rudest person ever. I called in to book an appointment and she told me they only accept HMO, but when I talked to my provider they said they are contracted for PPO. The provider called to clarify the issue at which point the receptionist said they aren't accepting new patients. The receptionist was so rude and obviously does not care about the practice or her job.

She’s always attentive.She goes out of her way to call me back. She’s always on top of things.

Rude and incompetent staff. Constantly messing up scheduling or records. They will never call to remind you of an appointment, even if they took your number down for a call back. Dr Madrid is nice enough, but doesn’t really listen to your needs and just tries to push medications on you.
