I don't know how long you all been thier ? because I lived in Whittier for years, never even your dental office till no but what I read ,am staying with my doctor NEVER had any problems or any wrong pulling nor billing .i.i. i. sorry patient getting miss treated, MY dentist in Pico Rivera she the BEST,RIGHT NEXT TO 711 TELEGRAPH & ROSEMEAD P/ S am the one who gets agavated it's not thier fault , i have issues JUST NEED PATIENTS

Recommend this office! From the beginning of my visit Steph was so helpful when it came to getting my insurance information & helping me understand my benefits. I was so nervous but Dr Nik & Michelle were so patient with me. Def bringing my whole family here.

Sorry but I'm not taking any notes from someone who cannot learn to spell insurance correctly.

I went there to get a wisdom tooth pulled I was feeling every pull dig and more so I was a little squirmy the dr explained that It would hurt I told her I know I’ve had 2 other wisdom teeth pulled but this one is worst. So she asked if I wanted more numbing I said yes she got an attitude and started being even more rough with me. I decided to give them another try so I called yo make an appointment I was told they’ll call me back I never received a call I don’t recommend this place.

I would never ever go to this dental group again and if I were you they pulled not one but two of the wrong teeth and then proceeded to get upset with me about their mistake not only that but they still insisted on trying to charge my insurance tons of money for their mistakes and they can't cash out of pocket when they didn't do the work that I paid for but hey it's your teeth you make the choice

don't understand all the good reviews on here because that has definitely not been my experience. i have given them multiple chances to make it right because i understand that sometimes the schedule can get behind, but i have never been seen once on time. i have waited 3 times over a half hour and then had to walk out because i had to get back to work. to try and fix the waiting situation, i asked to be seen as the first patient. well.. that didn't work either! got there at 7:57AM and another person was already waiting. no one from the office was there until 8:08AM and then they said they forgot the key and someone was on their way and would be there in approx. 20 minutes! there's another half hour down the drain. the ladies in the front are nice.. but the fact that you have to wait and wait.. it's not acceptable! i also talked with my insurance about the work they had done and they said because of the way they billed me, it was a charge but if they had done the work in a different order... i wouldn't have been charged. it's a bummer because i live in the neighborhood and was looking forward to having a neighborhood dentist.. unfortunately, they don't know how to run the business here. i would recommend you go elsewhere.

This is my first time receiving treatment from Whittier family dental care. I was very pleased with the visit from start to finish. I needed a lot of work and the DA was patient and answered all my questions. The office also worked with my budget and was able to offer me a payment plan. The dentist himself, Dr. Nik, was professional and sure of his work. He was fast and efficient and I was in minimal discomfort. I will recommend anyone looking for a dentist to come here
