Came here with my 7 year old daughter who had a UTI. I was in desperate need for her to get seen and this was my 4th urgent care that I had went to with no luck on being seen. The girls weren't very friendly and they told me that they were only seeing patients for Covid testing. Absolutely ridiculous. Aren't we past this point in the pandemic? This is an URGENT CARE. Not a Covid testing center. They should have this on the door so that people don't waste their time. Also, the irony was that they're only testing for Covid and require you to wear a mask but the girls up front weren't masked. Go to the AME urgent care on Washington. WAY better.

Most incompetent staff I've ever encountered. The person that was asked to take weight, height and temperature was either drunk, high or just extremely stupid. Did not take the time to verify which medication was given prior to visit and insisted on just giving a second dose of medication per doctor's instructions. After asking Dr. Marcus if it was normal to give a double dose of ibuprofen to a two year old he said he never approved the assistant to administer ibuprofen for a second time in a 30min span. By the way, temperature readings came back at 107,105, 102 and 95. "DR" Marcus' reasoning for a final temperature reading of 103 was a median reading of all measurements. "Dr." Marcus also wanted me to know that his thermometer has a miserable 70% reading accuracy. This place is a joke, stay away please.

They were friendly, but there is literally no where to get ahold of them. I had a COVID test done and haven’t received my results. I’ve called three urgent cares including the one I went to and no one answers the phone. It just goes to an automated message. They say to go to the patient portal for results, don’t even know where that patient portal is! It’s frustrating, I know have to go in feeling horribly sick just to get my results for my work.

I got there at 5 pm. They close at 6pm. I was there cuz I had a rash. I just needed some cream for it. I knew what the rash was and I knew the medication was called cuz it's the only one that works for me. I told her it would take maybe 10 minutes. The medication is only by prescription. She went to see if the doctor would take me cuz they are seeing there last patient even though it was closing in an hour. They said nope. I told them I live almost an hour away. There is no urgent care in my area that takes my insurance. They still said no! So they gave me another address of one in the area I never heard of. They called and checked to see if they take my insurance. They said yes. They told me its behind a restaurant. I'm like how do I get there. They told me just go down the street and it's on a brick building. No map nothing. They knew I dont know the area at all. So I left the parking lot and went up the street all there was, was houses for more than a mile! Now I'm lost and have no idea were I am and in the middle of the night in the rain lost and in a panic. I was an hour from my house. I called the office they sent me in the wrong direction and the restaurant that they told me was on the other side of the city and that is not the restaurant that they are behind. I was deeply upset at the lady who gave me such bad directions and couldn't even see me for not even 10 minutes. I had to drive more than an hour in the dark and pouring rain back home with no medicine.

3rd time coming here. Honestly wouldn't if It wasn't absolutely necessary. I get here early as soon as they open at 9am it's now 9:27 and there is still no provider even in the building. MA already has already had an unpleasant demeanor since my arrival but didn't even communicate that the provider wasn't here or how long the wait would be. This clinic has plenty of bad reviews but like I said I absolutely need to see a provider ASAP that would accept my insurance but this place always has a long wait time staff is dry and the provider is usually young and poorly trained. After waiting for 50 min i was seen and then the provider made me wait another 15-20 min just to tell me what I already knew and tell me what they couldn't do.

I don't even know where to begin. First they have a mandatory mask policy that apparently only applies to the patients. One of the girls checking people in was not wearing a mask and was coughing with auditable phlegm in her throat. I had to start check in on a dirty iPad and they didn't clean it when I was done (gross) there was one person ahead of me and I still had to wait over an hour to be seen. Allegedly they were trying to confirm my insurance even though I had showed them that they are within Network. they were on the phone with the insurance company for 40 minutes trying to verify that my insurance was active. I called my insurance got a person on the phone within three minutes. I asked them if they would like to speak with my insurance company who could verify my insurance coverage and that this facility was within network. magically they were able to get a person on the phone. Then the same person that checked me in pulled me back to do my testing. they didn't take any of my vitals I am not sure the legitimacy of this place. if possible please choose a different healthcare facility.

I was very hesitant to come with the craziness of Covid. I'm so glad we came!! We had the best experience - Staff was amazing- dr was attentive and engaging. LVN AND X-ray tech all Amazing

Everyone is super nice. Came for a covid test and the nurse was as gentle as she could be and super nice.
