Really good experience at this office I took my son in to get his braces on and he had such an easy experience and everyone was so comforting and the front desk ladies were very helpful and made everything very easy.

Really love coming here for my kids and cousins. It is always a great experience!! The front desk Ashley is super nice and always welcoming. Feel like she really cares about customers experience. The back staff is nice and always cheerful. Really enjoy coming here always a great experience.

The office and staff are great. Front desk are always communicating with every patient. Are knowledgeable in the field and have great pricing and payment plans when under credit. Love it here!!!!

This office is always clean. I recently got my braces here and let me tell you the service was great. Front staff was warm and welcoming when checking in. The back staff was moving fast as both regular and ortho braces was there. Great team works amongst both departments. Will definitely keep coming back here.

For the first time the office was not crowded . Most times it is so crowded the wait is way too long. This should not be the case. This was the nicest receptionist that you have had in a long time.

An absolutely amazing experience here, everyone is so kind and so attentive the receptionists are so kind and the manager I believe her name is Yadira is so kind and always willing to help. Everyone is so kind the place itself is always so clean and everyone is very welcoming Amazing job

Where to begin? My children are all small (5,3,2) and have had mostly horrible experiences at every dentist we've seen. As a last resort before something more drastic, we decided to give this location a shot. I'd read the reviews and thought, "let's see what it's all about!" Cautiously optimistic, we enter the facility only to be so warmly welcomed by the 3 wonderful receptionists who are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and genuine. They all had smiles from beginning to end which is SO nice to see considering our past experiences elsewhere. This place is extremely child-friendly with their decor, btw! Huge +++!!! Fast forward to the visit, the dental assistants are AMAZING. My children are very apprehensive around new people and settings such as this, and they went above and beyond to make my girls feel calm, happy and excited for their treatment! Our actual dentist is lovely as well! He's so gentle with all of the kids I observed him with and explains everything down to the last detail so there is no room for miscommunication. It should be noted as well that this facility is VERY clean and organized!!! +5 more stars!! Overall, I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. We love it here! Great job Whittwood Western Dental!! You've restored my faith in dental practices and my girls all now look forward to coming to their appointments! We love you guys! Thank you for your wonderful service!!! *update* My youngest went in for a filling this morning. We saw a different dentist. He was absolutely fantastic, empathetic and compassionate with my little one. He had a smile the entire time (even though she was screaming like a banshee) as did both dental assistants. EVERYONE here is phenomenal!!! Thank you all SO SO much for being so wonderful with my children!

Ashley is a great financial advisor. Love the way she explains the treatment benefits for my kids and goes in deep on what is covered. Been to other office where they want you to just sign but here they explain why you are being charge a certain amount. Felt very confident on doing my kids dental work here. Thank you Ashley.
