I went in as a new patient and it took a lot longer than expected. From the wait in the lobby to the wait for the dentist after being put in a room. The dentist, assistants, and who ever worked on my teeth were okay. I was disappointed by the women at the front desk. After my appointment I tried to call to schedule a cleaning because I couldn't get it done the first time. My calls were never answered and after leaving a voicemail no one ever got back to me. I ended up going somewhere else.

I have been going to Whittier Dental Center for several years and have always received great care. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Rosa is an excellent dentist and I highly recommend her.

I had my wisdom teeth removed from Whittier dental center and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work they did. Everyone was very friendly and efficient and the atmosphere was amazing. My dentist Rosa was amazing and did a great job removing my teeth with the best technology. I will for sure be going back with all my dental needs.

This place is unprofessional! Had an appointment scheduled and when i showed up , was asked to show my proof of appointment because it was not in their system. they told me they couldn't see me because the hygienist was already taking her last patient and it would take 45 minutes to complete. I asked if we could get my cavities filled since i was also going to get those done and they told me no that i would have to reschedule. Mind you i had taken time off from work to come to my appointment. They wasted my time. They obviously do not care about their clients. Do not recommend coming here. Would give negative stars if i could

I was very surprised to see such a Worn out Office/Waiting room. I had noticed "A Dirty office and patched walls left unpainted ". When I got to the back area It wasn't much better. Lots of Internet wires exposed I had to look around the corner because I was curious as to how Sanitary this place was. When the woman came to take my X Rays she was wearing her mask below her nose. She asked me to remove my mask I told her " I would be happy to do so if she could please wear her mask properly. She ignored me and again asked me to remove my mask. I had told her that I've had a heart attack and didn't feel safe with her improperly wearing her mask. She responded by telling me "WE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS!" With that I realized that she didn't care about the Patient. So I Informed the desk that I'm Leaving because that person didn't care about a Heart Patient s simple request.
