I went in for a consultation about 5 months ago as a new patient. Unfortunately my experience has been very poor due to the fact that I been waiting for a response from the clinic about a status on doctors recommendation. I called multiple times and once I talked to front assistant Samantha. She stated she will be checking on the status and call me back. I did not hear from them for a couple of weeks, so I decided to call them back. After attempting to call 9+ times there was no answer. Not sure what’s the delay on my medical request and I am not sure if it was ever submitted. That’s a question I been wanting to ask but since there is no answer from the clinic I would never know. I am not the one to complain about any medical care but this has been a horrible experience for me, specially when I am desperately trying to get my treatments done as soon as possible. Communication with patients should be a priority in this type of fields. I will definitely switch doctors but I hope my experience will help anyone who is considering going to this facility.

My Daughter Need a Wisdom Tooth pulled and she was really scared they were all great with her Ann comforted her. The Dentist I cabby remember her name but she was very thorough communicative with us both. The front end staff was super friendly and helpful very attentive I'm grateful for all of them and will be taking my other 2 daughters there soon. Thank You Jesus!🙌
