Dentist. Dr Park was very good and Jenny gave instructions on care for after my procedure. Office personnel is great. They are very helpful.

The service is amazing, the place super clean . The ladies in the front dest super helpful. I really recommend this specialist .

I feel this office is dealing in improper billing practices. I am currently waiting on a refund, I was able to correspond with the office via text but once they didn't like what I text they stopped responding. Its very unfortunate because the Dentist I thought was great, Dr Loo. I had never had a root canal before and it was an extremely smooth process. But...when I left the office the girl at the front desk told me I owed $200, ok fine sounds not extreme, so I paid. Then I get a notification from my insurance that I owe $139 to the dentist, ok? Is that on top of the $200 I already paid? I don't hear from the dental office so I call the office to ask. Either looking for my refund or asking if I have this balance due. The girl immediately types up a bill and sends it to me for the $139 I mentioned to her. ok?... I think that's odd, so I ask, what was the $200 I paid at procedure then? She texts that its medicine that I needed during procedure that was not covered by insurance. I was never told of a special medicine being administered during procedure. I notice this fee/medicine was not included in the submission from the office to the insurance. So I text the office girl saying I want it submitted to the insurance. After their obvious frustration, they did submit to insurance. I then receive the notice from the insurance by mail that I owe $22 (for this medicine the office stated was not covered and charged me $200 for). Its very sad that they are billing in what seems overcharging and I have yet to hear back from the office, I obviously caught them in improper billing. They ultimately now only overcharged me about $38 so I am not going to continue to argue with them just to get no response from them. The Dentist himself was great, I'm not sure who is trying to make this extra money by over charging the clients.

The lady's in the front office are amazing very helpful explaining every detail with the forms , the dentist that I saw was Dr Park he is so gentle working on my mouth! I do recommend this office anytime.

The best dental experience I've had. All the staff were friendly and professional. I also truly appreciated Mayra and Denise for answering all my questions. They made my visits that much more pleasant.

I brought my daughter for a wisdom tooth removal. Her experience was smooth. All staff was very professional. I would highly recommend this facility.

Came in today and wow what a great experience I had with this specialist endo I was so happy that I was referred here . This specialist was the only one who gave me hope . Then again I'm 65 years old so my teeth aren't what they use to be not only was I pleased with the visit my wife was very happy. She's getting treatment today for her tooth. I still have to wait on my insurance for the price out of pocket for my self . Definitely would recommend you stop by if you need a specialist for your teeth. The staff were very friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable in their field. To be honest with you I wouldn't pay much attention to the people who complain everyone is different. But very thankful for the consultation gave me hope again! I'm leaving as a very satisfied customer with the office visit today. 7/24/24 special thank you to dr Tina Lee
