This is my third time coming to this particular urgent care and it's not by coincidence. I am five miles away in Hacienda Heights and compared to the other locations in the area Whittier Urgent Care has been top tier in every manner. And I feel comfortable coming here for my health concerns. Patient/ Customer care is world class from the medical assistants to the Nurse Practitioners. Everyone is compassionate, professional and welcoming. The facility has been squeaky clean at all three of my visits. (My pet peeve is an unsanitary healthcare facility). My first time there I did have an encounter with a female receptionist who came off kind of rude because I didn't have my medical card that I had never received from my insurance company( not my fault) but someone came and gathered other information to accommodate me. This third time I had to come in for a rapid COVID test due to having a high temperature at work the day before. Thank God for their rapid COVID test I am able to come back to work. If you want exceptional patient care a clean facility I highly suggest you stop here for your urgent care services.

Great service, Gabby was very helpful, polite and attentive and was always with a Smile. The Provider Rita answer all my question and doubts gave me and my daughter great treatment. The Xray Stacy made my daughter feel calm during the xray and made me feel as my daughter was in great hands. This urgent care was on point with everything definitely coming back if needed.

I love love LOVE this urgent care. There's never a wait, the staff and doctors are great, always friendly and very professional, they do covid testing with results in 15 mins... I definitely recommend to anyone looking for urgent care services, especially if you have sick little ones you want to get in, out, and on the way to feeling better quick!

The staff, medical assistants, and PA were all so nice and helpful during my pre-op surgical clearance. I am glad I chose this place to do all of my exams/blood work.

the receptionists on multiple occasions were extremely arrogant and the np carried a judgmental tone throughout my visit very disappointed

This urgent care is the best one I haveEver been too, the staff are very very nice Efficient caring helpful and most of allVery professional. I walked in and walkedOut they took care of me immediately.The nurse and Doctor wereOutstanding. I will not go to anotherUrgente care only his one.This team is OUTSTANDING AND SUPERVISORS SHOULD GO SEE HOWWELL THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIRPATIENTS. Pa was lazy to do the job when requesting assistance with dog bite care. DID NOT WANT TO LOOK AT MY WOUND ON MY HAND,UNTILL I ASKED Politely,I was in a lot of pain,and PA was not Compassionate , about doing her job.

A wonderful experience to have had when your not feeling well. Couldn't have asked for better care. Highly recommend this place as a place to go to when your in need of medical care. Thank you everyone for making me feel much better in a much time of need.

Happened to find this urgent care on yelp. I'm from the valley and I've been to so many terrible urgent cares.These guys were great, friendly, professional and very CLEAN! what a pleasure ! To bad they so far away :(
