I was admitted to Inland Valley Medical Center 36485 Inland Valley Drive Wildomar, CA 92595 on 1/17/17, through the Emergency Room. I had fell off a ladder, I had fell on top of the ladder hitting my left wrist & left part of my side "abdomen". while being admitted I was asked, what prescriptions I take. I told them I get some prescriptions through the V A 7 my primary care Dr.Nguyen. For 5 days I was without my pills.

when my access for dialysis was destroyed and the viens in my arm blown out, Dr.Nafui reconstructed my arm removed all the stints, rebuilt the viens and made a new access he did a wonderful job, he saved me from having to put an access in my groin. I am very grateful hr is an outstanding Doctor.
