I had a very good experience the doctor and nurse were top-notch and professional and talk to me all through the procedure. The only negative through the whole experience was the receptionist could have been a little bit warmer and friendly.

I went to Cape Girardeau,Mo. I had 12 teeth pulled and a top temporary denture put in. The staff was all very nice. But 5 days later when I called with pain and unable to chew anything, they won't let me in until 10 more days. I feel that once they at your money, they don't care anymore. That being said, I would NOT refer anyone to that facility.

This place treated me like I was too poor to get implants. I wanted prices and they made me tell them what I was quoted at other place and they said yeah that the price never told me anything for choices. Or prices for implants. They got mad when I told them I wanted my teeth pulled.elsewhere. gave me horrible attitude. Never said good bye never asked when I'd come back. I asked how soon they could do my teeth and they wouldn't tell me just said they'd email me. Gave me x-rays without the lead veat.

Had a great experience drove 2 hour for treatment. I love my teeth . Dr Tad was great even working with my unique jaw injuries. Changes everything. Elizabeth and Mary were great made me feel like and old friend. Great place and cheaper than any other I tried.

I went for an appointment. I was the second person in the office. Was put into a room. Waited over an hour. No-one came in during that whole time. Went to the office desk and was given no explanation as to why i was still waiting. Receptionist was rude. Told me if i didn't want to wait then make another appt.

The staff and Doctor are kind, compassionate and helpful with all denture/implant questions.You are seen very soon after your appointment time and the staff stays with you throughout all your procedures!I Highly Recommend Dr. T and the Windsor office.
