I switched clinics because I was so frustrated with their customer care. I found myself wanting to give them a piece of my mind all the time. So, I left. Best decision. Reception was always so rude and condescending. No love here. Find somewhere else so you will be cared for.

Took my daughter here for a checkup and had a great Experience! Everyone is nice and the Pediatrician there was very sweet and asked a lot of questions it was clean well kept

I love Alliance, both Windsor & Healdsburg. My primary care doctor is amazing. My dentist in the Healdsburg office is incredible. Medically I have no complaints at all.Getting through by phone is a challenge. It takes a while to hear a humans voice, but you also can call your doctors assistant directly and get an appointment that way.I recommend Alliance all day long.

The chiropractic care I have received at Alliance in Windsor has been really helpful! The staff is friendly and the location is always clean. I would recommend the chiropractic care to anyone. I appreciate that they accept Medi-Cal.El cuidado quiropráctico que he recibido a Alliance de Windsor me ha ayudado mucho! Los empleados son amables y la oficina está siempre limpia. Le recomendaría a cualquier persona ir allá para el cuidado quiropráctico. Agradezco mucho que aceptan Medi-Cal.

They take forever!!! I understand that sometimes people are low staffed but it just seems that everytime i try to call im on the phone for almost 30 min to an hour to make an appointment.

So you can call to tell me I'm due for a physical but didn't think to let me know my IUD expired 5 months ago...? That is so incredibly irresponsible I can hardly fathom it. I'm so disappointed, I don't even have the words to express my astonishment at your lack of patient support.

Mis hijos los an atendiendo en Windsor pero llego una pediatra que la verdad nunca me sentí cómoda con ella mi hijo le detectaron alta presión y llo como madre que me preocupo por el lo lleve a un chequeo y mi pregunta fue que es lo que sigue para seguir chequeándolo por lo de la alta presión ? Y su respuesta fue yo ya hice lo que tenía q hacer con el y no quiero que me vuelvan a preguntar de eso !! Y ovio no volví con ella nunca mas y su nombre es Teresa la pediatra .
