I'm so claustrophobic that I can get a panic attack just from looking at photos of MRI machines. It doesn't help that I'm heavyset (BMI 40+) and therefore have less wiggle room than smaller people. After speaking with a technician over the phone, I decided that sitting MRI would be the best option for me. The experience went as well as it possibly could. My hips fit in the machine just fine, but I had to pull my arms in awkwardly, which can be panic inducing. The tech gave me a pillow to rest my arms on. She let me know how long each picture would take and let me know that it was perfectly OK if I needed a break. (I've been treated like a nuisance in the past.)If I ever need another MRI, I'll be back.

I did MRI today.It really impressed me:front office person,2technicians-they all were amazing.They helped me to feel comfortable,they were professional,very friendly and pleasant.Huge appreciation to the staff and of course,this place will be always reccomend to visit.Thank you,guys very much.Happy Holidays and be safe and happy.

First time having a MRI done and MaryamMade my visit such a nice & pleasant one I was treated with respect & dignity What to expect !!!As you walk in to the right is the beautiful & sweet Receptionist Vanessa It's the usual questions Have you ever had a MRI done NoAnd then she gives you an application That you need to fill out like any other medical facility But in this one you have to circle down Which parts of your body are hurting After the assessment is done You get called in Change into the gown And you're set the goThank you Maryam & Vanessa For making this visit of mines Such a pleasant & wonderful one !

Omg, for whatever reason I was not able to go inside the tube MRI and I was so upset...until I found out about this place in the valley that has a sit down, fully open view machine. You can even watch a movie while they do the job.Cathy is the bomb!!! Her and the guy that assisted her were super on point.I will NEVER EVER EVER go inside a closed MRI again...EVER!!! And its fast too!!!

Best MRI! I had a seated spine MRI. The staff was very professional , kind and made me feel comfortable. I was also allowed to watch a movie during the MRI so it went by fast. A special thanks to the MRI tech Kathy for taking such great care of me while I was in pain.
