I have been to many dentists since my insurance changed to MediCal and have struggled to find a clinic where I am treated decently and where I am not scared of the procedures scheduled. Since coming to the winters dental clinic, I have gotten over my fears. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, the hygienists are caring and gentle, and the doctors are thorough and very understanding. Their bedside manner is very inviting and they keep me feeling at ease throughout any procedure, from a simple examination to an extraction! For anyone who struggles with white coat syndrome, I highly recommend Winters Dental Clinic!

What are Dr's for???? My 3 yr old is sick, tested NEGATIVE for the big bad bug. yet The office here in town ( who preformed her test btw) told me they can't see her because she has a fever, and to take her the Er if I wanted her seen. I find this unacceptable. Why do i need to expose her to the nastiness of am emergency waiting room, just to have her ears and throat checked? Somethings you can't check by a phone consult.

I had an amazing experience with Winters healthcare dental Dr. Rodriguez was 100% the best out of all the dentist I’ve ever seen or gone to in my life Yésica was also great x-ray tech made it very comfortable and fast I was very hesitant On coming here because of the ratings and reviews but let me tell you they’re very wrong and I would 100% recommend any of my friends or family to come here do not be misled this place is great I was having terrible tooth pain and they had me come in same day and took x rays All last minute I called at 4pm was in office by 630 👍👍👍 n was on my way home by 8 like I said would recommend this place to anyone

Do not go to this facility. I've been going here for about six months and they literally have cancelled my appointments for myself and my infant son a good ten times. So unprofessional. Very upsetting

Terrible experience! A male dentist who’s first name is Adam was extremely rough and had no consideration for me the patient. I was going through a lot of pain and he didn’t care. My gums ended up bleeding a lot and the pain lasted all day long and continued the next day. The assistants are great but the doctors are terrible.

Great service, the receptionists helped me get the earliest appointment possible and the dentist was really gentle and professional when it was time for my cleaning. They speak English and Spanish as well.
