Dr. Leser is truly a perfectionist when it comes to vision correction. He spends a lot of time getting your prescription just right and seems to really care. My family and I have been going to him for over a decade.

Dr Leser is friendly, professional, and thorough with the eye checkups. I was asked to prepare the online registration, and was told it hadn't been working even after the tech had been out. I told the receptionist that with bad joints, it was difficult to prepare. I asked the two behind the desk why a new client would be told to input info if the software can't receive it. I was irritated, but my tone was reasonable and down stated in this small office. They both thought it was "worth a try." I wrote out the registration. I received no apologies. I trusted the attendant's adjustment, but it became painful to wear them. I went back to get it readjusted. My glasses were not sitting on the pads at all, but adjusted to lay on the bridge of my nose. A different attendant noted the gross error, fixed them; yet, didn't apologize for my inconvenience. Now, a year later, I asked if the manufacturer's stiff pads had been replaced by soft pads (requested on order). This attendant (the same that had done the erroneous adjustment the first time), said they had. I trusted her, this time as well. I returned, because it was painful to wear them. An adjustment was made and I received soft pads to replace the stiff ones, yesterday. Neither attendant present apologized for my inconvenience. The staff is gentle overall; but consistently uncaring and inconsiderate, so I left 2 stars.

Very professional and customer driven physician office. The staff is courteous and professional. Doctors and straight forward and no sales enviornment. Easy to park and good inventory of glasses. High recommend.

Dr. Leser and Dr. Leung are great! I had been putting off my annual eye appointment because I wanted to find a top notch doctor that also had a great selection of frames. Dr. Leser did my eye exam and Dr. Leung helped me pic out the perfect frames. They were not at all pushy. No sales tactics, they weren't trying to up sale me on anything. I can't wait to pick up my new frames. I highly recommend them.

Drs. Leser and Leung specialize in complex cases. Unlike most optometrists, they make sure to get to the right prescription for each patient - instead of one that's "good enough."
