The ladies at the front desk are always super friendly and offer beverages, have a conversation with you as you wait. It's always a comfortable experience there, they do such a great job of making it as stress free as possible. I'll keep coming to this location!

Went to Laser Away for my first laser hair removal treatment. My research pointed me here. Network of locations, all with high reviews. That usually means good products, services, and people. To be constant at that many locations they must know what they are doing, and that they did. The front desk welcomed me and for me checked in. Offered me water and we made small talk. The office was decorated to celebrate CoolSculpting week. They shared the promotions that were going on. Low pressure sales but it felt like they truly just wanted to share other services they offered that I may not have know about since It was my first time there. They were a little behind on apts and apologized for the extended wait. The cell service is terrible slow (1 bar) in the office making the wait feel longer but the office seating is comfortable. Time for the treatment. The nurse did an excellent job making sure I was comfortable and answering my final questions. The laser treatment itself is very fast. They explained the financing options before apt set up. They do a good job on text and email follow up to check in with you before and after your services. All in all I would recommend Laser Away and look forward to continuing treatment.

The prices here are egregious. $1100+ for 3 sessions? Please take note and look at other salons in the area. We found another salon (in Encino) who charges $400 for 3 sessions and the results are amazing!

My first time visiting the Woodland Hills location couldn't have gone any better.Earlier this week I went in to continue my tattoo removal process. It was my 10th session and I can already see such an improvement with it fading away.The girls up front were so friendly and accommodating. Gen was a great nurse- thorough and professional! I look forward to my next session in April. Thanks again to all at LaserAway!!

I've been loving my experience at laser away and wish I had come sooner! Clean location and best staff- super inviting, i look forward to coming in! I got the clear and brilliant treatment and my skin has never looked better- my skin is clearer and my acne scars are fading. I'm really happy with the results so far and I'll definitely be going back. I wish I could give all my nurses a s/o but love being treated by Jessica- super knowledgeable, knows exactly what I need for my skin! Thank you Jessica!

They are so sweet and amazing here! The nurse Anahi was so sweet and amazing as well. I'm only one treatment into my 6ipl treatments, the staff made me feel so comfortable I'm going back Saturday for Botox and a LIP FLIP!! I recommend 100%
