The doctors are ok the hospital is haunted...fact and the nurses are the worst! They are catty and talk about the patients behind their backs ...so we can hear them . Rude nurses! Never again . I will go to panorama city.

Heavily over-subscribed. Very popular with Medi-Cal recipients and seniors. Often long, long wait at pharmacy, with line stretching out its door back into the building. No online availability of how many are waiting at any time. It might help patients but be bad publicity.

Yes the worst very unprofessinol i layed on the floor with a 201/124 heart rate and throwing up while the staff were all partying laughing having a good time about the halloween partys they were gonna be going too

Use to be such a good hospital. Their service has tanked since COVID. With the amount they charge for health insurance, you just expect more.

when ppl call radiology they r already having a horrible day! Cristine was the nastiest most negative person, all i needed was an appt. contradicting info given by another Kaiser that transferred me there

If I could give no stars. I WOULD. The staff here treat minorities with the outmost disrespect! The nurses are disgusting, unprofessional, and simply rude. My mother was in a car accident, and instead of receiving assistance she was BELITTLED! Treated incompetent due to her accent. Everytime we come to this Kaiser location the staff are DISRESPECTFUL, ARROGANT, AND HAVE NO FILTER! LAUGHING AT PEOPLE! MAKING IGNORANT REMARKS! They need to traing the people they hire to not have biased mentality of other races that are not their own.

James at Kaiser's sleep clinic was a great help. James was very kind and went over and above to help me find the right equipment I needed, along with giving me great advice. It's employees like James that make Kaiser a great place.
