The mental health ward was not very professional, liking in bed side manor staff were of lowest quality, food was terrible, if your a fall risk from bed they make sleep on floor, the respiratory staff, wanted to argue over if I had asthma, during an attackThe S.W. was a jokeIf you are a loved one needs mental health care please try to find someplace else to go...But if all else fails they are a place that won't let you hurt yourself

My experience was lacking in communication. I was not told that I had to ask for pain medication after the block wore off. I was chasing the pain.While being checked in to surgery I had to use the bathroom and found the toilet was not handicapped height. Made it difficult as I was having knee replacement surgery.I stayed a day longer than I planned because there was an issue in communication between staff.Before I went in I wanted to make sure I had my restless leg meds. Talked myPA at dr Meredith’s office and she assured me it would be ready when I was supposed to have it and they didn’t have it in the pharmacy at the hospital.These may not sound like a big deal but they just kept happening.

On Nov 5, 2021, I had my Achilles tendons rupture repair operation with Dr. Kene Ofili. He is a professional and has high characteristics. The operation was successful, and he managed the pain after the surgery very well. Honestly, I haven’t felt any pain after the surgery.Dr. Ofili is a professional and has very good behavior, and through his knowledge he exceeds my expectations. Definitely, I recommend him to the patients.
