Bayshire Post Acute side have came through again and again! They have helped tremendously to provide QUALITY Care for my mom and the seamless transition from Hospital to Skill Nursing back to Home. We trust the facility always with our family members and It is one of the most requested Place I heard from Providence Case Managers. They truly care about your family member as their own. The facility is kept clean and the workers there truly enjoy being there and taking care of each patient and meeting each one of their specialize needs. Food always looks so good and The dining time is always handle so efficiently. Thank You Bayshire for Having the Top Nurse "Doreen" and PT/OT team and the Friendly Smiling medical team and Staff that always greet us with a smile as you walk into the facility and they follow it with Top Quality Care for all patients! Family is treated like Family when you visit Bayshire! Its a very comfortable place.

Like I always say to people I would diffently would of had my parents stay at WILSHIRE. All staff in the memory care unit is wounderfull shows they really care for the residents Facility is exstremily clean , decor is beautiful throughout the place.

If you want to torture your loved ones with bedsores and lack of care, bring them here. This place will neglect their patience, not bother with medications, and leave them starving with the excuse: they were too out of it to eat so we just left the food there. The staff seems "put out" when making simple requests, and the atmosphere is utterly horrific. We heared the moans and wails of patients being left unattended and when asked the staff just replied, "oh, they are crazy," as if that was an excuse to ignore them. If I could give them a score of -5 I would. This place is only about filling beds for profit and not about care. If you hate your family member and want them to die faster and more miserably, by all means drop them off here.

I visited Bayshire Yorba Linda to watch my grandson and his theater class perform for the residents as part of his Eagle Scout project. The staff were all warm and welcoming; the environment was lovely with lots of space for lounging and visiting relatives. We happen to be there on Valentine’s Day so it was good to see so many Family members visiting their loved ones. A beautiful place to spend your golden years.

Staff members were all smiling and very engaging. Beautiful building. Shout out to Miriam IM for her professionalism and heart to care for all.

Bayshire community is a very nice place to visit. I have been put off by convalescent homes or retirement homes for as long as I can remember. Not to be harsh but they seem to have that not so fresh smell when you walk in and a lot of times have a less than helpful feel from the employees. This was not the case here. It smelled clean and everything was very nice and orderly. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant and they even have a system in place for checking yourself in and getting the visitor pass….. even if the greeter is busy on a call or not able to help right away. They have a facial recognition scanner that reads your temperature and it asks if you’ve had any sickness lately, insuring the safety for those on the premises. The first time you check in, it asks for your information and after that, it’s just scan and confirm the health questions and you’re on your way. They moved my friend to another room and the first person I asked knew exactly where to find him. The healthcare professionals that came into the room were very pleasant and friendly, making sure their interruption was efficient and non intrusive. It made me realize that there is a way to make the visit a positive one and returning there is not discouraging. If I ever need that kind of attention, I will be happy to go there over any other that I know of. I wouldn’t look any further either. Thank you for that!
