I've been a patient of Dr. May since I was two years old... three decades ago! His level of care is fantastic. The front desk staff is efficient, and his support staff (nurses, nurse practitioners) make the whole experience easy as can be.

Avoid this office! Husband has physical to establish care. Nurses openly spoke about patients’ diagnosis’ in the hall and let husband believe he had a serious illness. Dr. NEVER called with follow up labs; NEVER posted on portal, and Tina; the “patient advocate” NEVER even called! And despite all of this, Dr. May could not ever be bothered to even apologize, explain, or even speak to my husband during the entire fiasco! Try St. Joe’s doctors just down off Rose instead!

Excellent Doctor, I searched all over for a good Doctor and am very happy I found Dr. May. He is very patient and explains things very well. Feel like a patient not a number. Highly recommend Dr. May and his staff.

Dr. May has been our family doctor for more than 10 years and has served my family of six very well. He takes the time to answer your questions and concerns and gives good medical advise. I would highly recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

"he's a lovely guy". that is what i was told in 1990 when my retiring GP recommended him. i echo those words. dr. may is GP for my household as well as my father, my sister and my brother. he is laid back and easy going but not so casual that he fails to give serious consideration when concerns are expressed or questions are raised.

Like dr may...gone to him for 20 years. Not a huge fan of staff and how office is run. Always seems to be some sort of confusion. Front office comes across very cold. Really like the doctors.....but they need to make their office operate in a more fluid manner and invest in hiring more experienced people.....doesn't seem like they have ever been able to pull it together.... number one complaint I hear about their office. because of this...I no longer recommend them to family..,friends etc.

Dr. May is very good except he never seems overly conserned about any health issue. Maybe he does this with a purpose though. THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS EXTREMLEY RUDE!!! As you walk in they start to avoid making any eye contact, and then when they do acknowledge you, it's always condesending.
