They incorrectly bill me and sent the payment request when it has been paid. When contact the ofc including the proof and email about my bills. The keep on telling me they have hired new accountant firm and it has been messed up. If you have paid bills, do not pay cash . I got the bills after 2 years .

The office staff is terrible I had my c section 6 weeks ago and I was feeling pain. I called and left messages and they never returned my call. I had to go to an urgent care center to be seen and prescribed something for the infection and have a stitch removed They called me back 8 days after I went to urgent care to try and schedule me for an appointment The wait time is always super long I’ve spend 2-3 hours there waiting to be seen with no explanation and when I asked they just say it’s bc they are too busy The girl the works the front desk is rude and clearly unorganized i think her name is Griselda. She’s terrible!

Looooove Dr Tran-Kim. She was my ob with my daughter. From day one she was very nice and knowledgeable with all my questions and concerns. She reassured me and guided me every step of the way. Even during delivery she made me feel very comfortable. She even came back to check on me a day or so after delivery. She definitely made my first pregnancy feel like a breeze. I am def going back to her if I have another child. The staff are also very friendly & helpful. Def referring all my friends and family to her. Thanks Dr Tran-Kim for everything! You're the best!

I actually followed Dr. Tran-Kim from her previous office bc she is the absolute best. She is meticulous and shows a great deal of care for her patients. I trust her with my internal feminine needs as well as with external aesthetics.

I delivered my first baby in Washington state, then I moved back down to California 2 weeks later. Worried that I wasn't going to get care since no one here in California delivered her. I called Dr.Tran-Kim's office the front desk was so kind and responded to my needs as they got down my insurance info and check my eligibility. Which is great that they are able to do that no timed wasted at all if my insurance was not accepted. Asked if I had my medical records. I did not and then ask to bring them to my appointment if I could. (no problem at all). Then we scheduled an appointment! Easy peasy!!!! The day of my appointment I was greeted and was given paperwork it was awesome I didn't need to fill out tons and tons of paperwork. Just 1-2 simple pages asking about my history. Dr. Tran-Kim was so understanding with all the worries as a new mom I had. She was efficient, explained everything so well, knowledgeable, and absolutely sweet. Dr. Tran-Kim cares deeply for her patients and their feminine needs she offers a wide variety of aesthetics!! Can't wait to schedule my next appointment.

Dr. Tran-Kim is a great gynecologist who is very nice and knowledgeable. The 2 stars is for the front desk people working and my overall experience. I walked in for a consult, was not greeted at all, and stood at the front waiting for someone to address me. 3 of the ladies looked at me and straight up ignored me. I had to stand there and ask them for my new patient paperwork which they took awhile to get to me. After I filled it out I was called in. My appointment was fine but when I came back out the doctor told me they would give me additional paperwork to fill out and just sit and wait. I sat for about 15 minutes and no one had called me so I got up to ask about it. I was promptly told to sit down and that they would give it to me in a second. Waited about another 10-15 minutes and was handed my paperwork. I had a question to ask and the front desk lady couldn't hear me so I had to shout my very personal question for the whole waiting room to hear....thanks. To hell with patient confidentiality I guess. They said they'd call me when they received the item and I'd come in for the procedure.A month goes by...no calls, no follow ups. I call them and nobody picks up. I try again the next day and same thing. I wait a week and finally someone answers. I get passed around to insurance, different CVS numbers, and finally they tell me that Dr. Tran-Kim's office never responded to them or sent in my order so I had to wait again for approval. Decided to go somewhere else.... I WOULD NOT recommend this to anyone.

So excited that I was able to get an appointment and that Dr. Tran-Kim is within network for Aetna. She is so thorough, kind, and informative! Her staff is very friendly and helpful. I came in for questions specific to women's health and contraceptives, and she addressed every concern and question with patience. I am very happy to have found a great OBGYN!

Really knowledgeable about female body. Wife felt comfortable here. There is some upselling for their laser treatments. Definitely still worth coming here given the professionalismFYI Dr. Kim doesn't deal with the office portion of things, such as billing and appointments.

Dr. Diana has been very helpful throughout my journey with PCOS. She has provided me with great care, help and understanding of my syndrome. What I like about her office is that I can get treated for my PCOS and also remove the unwanted hair that comes with having PCOS. I don't have to go to a dermatologist to get laser removal. She does it all and that is very helpful for us women who suffer from PCOS. She is a wonderful OBGYN. She is passionate about women care and making women feel their best.
