Dr. Tan has been my doctor for over 30 years. It would never choose to change to another doctor. She is always very through and thoughtful regarding my health issues. I have complete confidence in her.

Dr. Tan is very thorough, listens to me, keeps up with the latest treatments, and gives me all the time needed. She really cares about her patients.

My daughter was misdiagnosed twice by Dr. Tan. She was given muscle relaxers and ibuprofen for back pain. She ended up in emergency with a serious kidney infection and was hospitalized for three days. A simple urine test would have been in order and a UTI diagnosis and the appropriate antibiotics would have alleviated the trip to ER.

Dr. Tan has been my doctor for almost 15 yrs. I LOVE HER!! She's the best!! Sure she's busy and I have to wait a bit longer to see her before they call me in, but it's worth it to me! I live an hr away and drive all the way to see her. Heck, I'd drive 2 hrs to see her. She's just so kind and down to earth. Always listens to my concerns and does what's best for me. I notice she takes her time with all her patients to listen to their issues whatever they may be. I find her very easy to talk to which is very important when discussing your health concerns. I don't know what I'd do without her!! I recommended her to my mom and she's been her dr for a number of years also. She loves her just as much. Highly Highly Recommend Dr. Joanna Tan as well as her husband Dr. Kenneth Tan. My husband & son both see Dr. Kenneth Tan. GREAT GREAT doctors!!!!! Very VERY knowledgeable...just GREAT! :-D

I would never recommend this doctor. The average wait is between 1-2 hours. She is rude and seems burnt out. I ended up with serious complications because of an unnecessary switch in medications. She did not even look at a very extensive test until 6 mos later in which there were problems. She will not discuss medications and says "she will chose, not you!"

Dr. Tan has been my Dr. for years and I absolutely love her bedside manner and her personality. However, she is NEVER running on time. It is coomon to wait at least 2 hours to see her. Her office staff is so-so. Because of the long waits I am finally giving up and finding a new Dr.
