Dr. Garces is not interested in taking care of his patients. always defers to another Doctor. He does not return calls his office staff is rude and does not follow up. He does not work on Mondays but has no back up at least not one they offer to you. He simply does not care for his patients and is a lousy doctor, would rather tell you to go to the ER vs. being bothered by the patient. How and why he continues to be with the organization is beyond my understanding. Shame on you guys for allowing this to continue.

Superficial and disengaged so as to never be fully involved in the patient's condition and care. Not very well versed in debilitating conditions that may result in contradictory treatment recommendations. Likes to hand off to others that are equally disinterested. Staff is incompetent and prone to dispensing harmful advice.

Dr. Garces has handled every issue I have brought to him. He is very thorough. Explains everything. Very polite and professional and patient. I highly recommend Dr. Garces.

I have had Garces as a primary doctor now for many years. He is very attentive to your needs, always errs on the side of caution and has solved all my issues. I Highly recommend him.

Dr. Garces is an excellent physician...HOWEVER, It is his current office staff member Vanessa that is resulting in this review. If an individual could give less that one star, she d be the 'winner.' Her rudeness, confusion, lying, miscommunications, misrepresentation of information and hanging up the phone when asked to speak with her supervisor is unconscionable. There will be a face to face discussion and recommendation for termination with Dr Garces at upcoming appointment

Saw Dr. Garces he never ordered the test for the whole reason I went there. Left message for results. Received labs via email. No explanation. Left message why test wasn't ordered correctly and had questions on results. Never called after 2 requests.

He always listens, takes his time and is very professional. Highly recommended, I am glad I found him.

My husband, myself and my adult son have been a patient of Dr Garces for over 20 years. He is a great listener and takes time without rushing. He's a great diagnostician and doesn't hesitate to refer to specialist. I'm an HMO patient and when talking with other friends that have a PPO insurance plan that allows them to go anywhere without a referral from their PCP, I know I get the same treatment and respect from Dr Garces as they do. I love his friendly and helpful office staff. Anytime I call with a question, I usually get through to his Medical Assistant and in rare occasions have to leave a message. Both he and his office staff are prompt in returning calls. I highly recommend him for adults and children or teenagers in your family. Easy to schedule an appt and get in relatively quickly to see him.
