Neha Savalia's Online Review Report Card

I saw Dr. Savalia recently, for the first time, to see about a particular health concern. I really appreciated how she addressed my concern, had her staff set me up with diagnostics for the very next day and followed up immediately after results were available.

I have been seeing Dr. Neha Savalia for almost 6 years, though whenever I leave her office, it has never given me a good feeling. I have had the worst experience with this doctor today. After 1 to 1.5 years, I scheduled my annual physical exam. She asked to go over my concerns with her and when I was on concern no. 2, her tone changed and she asked if I was there for an annual physical or for other concerns. She said I cannot be seen for both and yet she is the one who asked me to go over my concerns. I was shocked with the way she asked and the tone she used. With the concerns I was expressing, she stops me and says that I have to make an appointment the day I am experiencing it, otherwise she cannot help me. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard and she is not available for the same day appointment. She didn't even try to make me feel comfortable. She also quoted me saying that there is discrepancy in the time period I said this issue started. I told her that those were my observations and it is hard to remember what I said when. Why would any doctor quote you on such things? I felt very uncomfortable, upset, and shaky and just had to leave the office without getting my concerns addressed as I could not take it any more. I have never had to write such an experience with anyone and I feel sad and at the same time very frustrated as to how I was treated. Never ever go to this doctor. Terrible experience. I wish I can report this to someone, but not sure where to go.

While Dr Savalia is a nice person, it is impossible to give her office anything but one star. I have been a patient of hers for over 5 years. Her office staff is rude and condescending. I have experienced this personally as well as witnessing rude treatment to older patients. At my last visit I explained to Dr Savalia my experiences and what I have witnessed. I explained to her that as a business woman myself, I would want to know. Today is the last time that I will be in Dr Savalia’s office. Her office staff has no common courtesy. I am embarrassed that I have put up with this office for so long. There are so many physicians out there. Find an office that cares to have you as a patient. You pay for their services, you should receive equal respect and courtesy back.

Dr. Savalia is a great physician. Never feel rushed and she’s very calm and thorough.

She has been a great doctor! She listens intently, evaluates your concerns and comes up with a treatment plan. She types it into the computer as she tells you so nothing is missed. I would say those are qualities of a good doctor.

My experience with Dr. Savalia was not positive. I had delay in treatment, stat orders written wrong, no return phone calls, and no health care plan developed for my situation. She also billed for services not rendered to my insurance company. I would not recommend choosing Dr. Savalia as your health care provider.

Dr. Savalia is the best doctor I’ve had in many years. She takes the time to listen to what my concerns are, and I’m never rushed out of my appointment. She is knowledgeable & I’ve been happy so far.

Beware! This doctor, is physical with her patients and like, with many doctors today, she apparently missed biology in her education. She is close minded and disapproves patients proactively educating themselves. There is no doctor-patient relationship moving forward for the betterment of the patient's health, which as we all know, is absolutely crucial.

I went to Dr. Savalia a few years ago looking for a primary physician and switching from a pediatrician. Made an appointment for a physical and voiced some concerns I had. She seemed to brush off my issues, saying that my chest pain was probably due to the kind of bra I wore. She told me that since I had specific concerns that didn’t count as a physical. She literally wants you to make a separate appointment for every symptom?! I was impressionable and she made me feel crazy and like I was lying about by symptoms. Wouldn’t recommend her to anyone.
