Dr. Roxanne Engle is a consummate Professional. With every visit, she and her staff are exceedingly prompt and courteous. Alicia at the Front Reception is very helpful and welcoming. Amber, the Nurse Assistant is very helpful and congenial.During this visit, Dr. Engle provided great encouragement and support for the progress I have made with my health in addition to attending to the reasons for my visit.Dr. Engle is also very prompt at responding to electronic messages each time I have reached out.It is a pleasure to work with these medical professionals.Thank you, Dr. Engle, Alicia, and Amber!

I was looking forward to my appointment with Dr. Eagle and getting established with her. I was in for a huge surprise. If I could give no stars I would. She gave me a referral to dermatology, due to 2 skin spots I am concerned about. I asked her for a referral to the long term covid clinic, this is where things went very bad. She told me I can not go to the long term covid clinic due to me having an HMO. I informed her that this is not true, my husband is on my insurance plan, and he his currently a patient with the long term covid clinic. She told me that was a huge error and that was her clinic, and that she would have to deal with that. She asked me for his name, looked him up, and confirmed I was correct, however still refused to give me give me a referral. She continued to tell me several times, "we don't take HMO's in that clinic." The visit became all about my husband getting into the Covid clinic and no longer on my health care. She then got up, told me to stop by the front desk, and walked out. I will never see her again, and would not recommend her to anyone. Unfortunately, now I need to change primary care doctors, wait for another appointment to deal with other health issues, that should have been dealt with when I saw her. Please do not go her to establish care.

Dr. Engle is extremely knowledgeable, kind, caring, and professional. Everything a doctor should be. I’ve been seeing her for close to 20 years now. The office itself is very nice - everyone is so kind and friendly. And so many specialists on site make it very convenient.

Dr Engle is always great! My daughter hates doctor visits but Dr Engle always makes her feel comfortable and plays with her throughout the visit. And every time I go in to see her she’s very thorough In explaining medications prescribed and always answers all my questions in detail. Definitely recommend Dr Engle
