Worse service i had ever. 3 times i made phone call appointment about my blood test, but unfortunately no one call me. Every time when i asked them why not called me they said we do, but you did not answer the phone. Completely false.

Worst service and experience ever. To not have a doctor on site that will see anyone with a head injury let alone a child is absolutely wrong. I will never go back here if my life depended on it. If you expect to go there don't go when Dr. Gray is working.

This is the second time ive come to this place, express care, and was told to see a primary dr by the dr for something as simple as seasonal allergies without being given medical care after being admitted. Then whats the point of them. I think they got the white robes from a garage sale and opened the clinic. The drs here have no consideration, and make no effort for a person's health and well being. Incompetent, lazy, crusty health providers.

The supervisor at this location and the armed security guard( why do they need an individual with a firearm)I witnessed them both telling a patient in need of psychological help being cold it was okay to go ahead and kill themselves , this is a private organization, and I will call 911, and I won't be liable for it anyway ( the patient was irate but the supervisor did not seem to care about any of the behavior until they began to mock her) I would not recommend this place

I had a great experience today with Ampla health YCM from check-in to check out. Steve Krikoriantz for dermatology is very knowledgeable, time efficient, professional and empathetic. His MA Victoria was very helpful and nice too! - Happy patient 😊

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. FIRST OF ALL YOU CAN'T EVEN SEE YOUR DOCTOR ON TIME WHEN YOU CALL TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT AND ARE TOLD YOU COULD GO TO THEIR EXPRESS CARE BUT WHEN YOU GO TO EXPRESSCARE THEY TELL YOU THEY CLOSE AT 7 PM BUT ARE NOT TAKING ANYMORE WALK INS AND ITS 5 PM WHEN I WENT IN SO THEY BASICALLY CLOSE 2 HOURS BEFORE THEIR CLOSING TIME OR JUST CAN'T BE BOTHERED OR CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A JOKE.
