This place is a joke. Every time I’ve dropped off a form to be filled out with reception it gets lost or doesn’t get completed for three days. Twice I have gotten a call saying forms were ready to be picked up, went there and they have no idea what I am talking about. No issues with the doctors themselves but reception is terrible.

Haven't had a problem waiting or not being seen when my children needed. Dr Ganesan is the best pediatrician they can have!

Great facility with friendly and professional front line staff. Boparai is always attentive, explanatory, and nice.

They schedule appointments for car appointment and they call you to confirm you're coming and when you show up they tell you it was changed to a phone appointment. They also wait until you arrive to tell you oh sorry we can't actually test for this and that and they can't do this service or that even though their receptionist asks what the appointment is for and confirms and appointment for that service. I have never been to a pediatricians office where they had such limited care and makes so many mistakes that cost people time and money.... I have had non stop issues from the pediatrician asking my 5 year old daughter to "check" her privates infront of me when there was no need and it was our first visit with them to issues with appointments and services and staff mis-cheduling and not taking responsibility for it even with you recording your calls to show them. Sometimes they can fix the issue and get you seen and most times they don't have any availability if you call for same day appointments due to an issue.

My kids went to Dr Mullick when they were young and now my grandkids are going to her. She's a nice woman and a good doctor. She kept them up on their immunizations and cared for any immediate needs they had. Thank you Dr Mullick for doing the best you could and can to take care of my kids and grandkids.

Very bad experience. This place has no respect and value of time. Waited 2 hours with appointment. Receptionist was very rude. I wish I had a choice I was not going to give 1 Star.

Very upset with Ampla Health Yuba City. My sister takes her children here and for the last 4 months they have been rescheduling my nephews physical making him backed up with his shots. I work in the medical field and I know that when a child in taken in for a physical if they are sick the physical can be completed and rescheduled for shots. But instead they make the appointment a sick visit to get done and out the easy way. By the way he was in the hospital last night with RSV. Thank You Dr. Rachela for not caring for the children like you should.

The worst staff and clinic in the country please look somewhere else.

Excellent service

I would not recommend bringing your children here. They disregard your concerns and question your intelligence when you try to explain issues. They would rather give you medicine after medicine instead of writing a referral to a specialist whom could actually help the child. I am absolutely disgusted and very upset my daughter did not receive the proper care she deserves at her appointment today. I will NEVER bring my children to this establishment again.
