The following letter is from my girlfriend, Carol A. Noble for appreciation of Dr. Baines.I would like to express my extreme appreciation for your knowledge and actions that literally saved my life!When the part of the prosthesis that fits in my throat was aspiratedyou knew the symptoms and ordered a CAT scan to back up your suspicions. The CAT scan showed that indeed I had “something” in my lung that needed to be removed immediately and you ordered surgery. While a simple surgery the surgeon was able to remove the piece of the prosthesis that would have caused more of the pneumonia I had been suffering with and your intuition saved me from more misery from that pneumonia that would have eventually took my life had it been allowed to continue.Thank you so very much for knowing what to do and when to do it. Please know you have my undying gratitude.

My honest opinion, Dr. Bains is the kindest and the best Doctor I've ever had. I was afraid when I walked into his office due to bad news I had recieved from someone else. He made me feel alot better. I trust him more than any other Doctor. I'm very happy he's there for me. Thank you. LaVonne P
