Beware of the most rude staff at Dr Sanders office.You can trust you will end up in tears after dealing with Courtney. Even after being a loyal patient they will still treat you like garbage. I regret every referral I ever gave them. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced which is a shame since their boss Dr. Sanders is sweet as pie and has wonderful bed side manner. Courtney is an ice queen and should seek a different type of job. I'm wondering if she's just completely burned out or truly has poison running through her veins. She will not extend herself in the slightest even when it comes to helping her patients whom are begging to understand how warranty's work etc. Blind people beware, she would let you walk in front of a semi truck without even pointing you in the right direction. Hence why I'm warning you in advance.

They don't even deserve one star I don't know anything about this doctor but who ever is in their office running it is an ass clown. They booked our two children for the wrong date and when we didn't show up they said they would have to charge us 35 each for no shows. The worst part is that we even tried to reschedule when they told us we missed due to the miscommunication and that's when she said they would EACH get charged the $35 on top of the fees for their visits. So we told them to forget it and took our business elsewhere. It would have been their first time going to this optometrist. We decided to see someone else instead and these fools keep sending our children bills for no shows.

I have been ghoing to dr danders since I was a little girl. Just recently had an app with him. Wasn't able to make the app do to ending up in the hospital with heart problems in oroville. I called the office and the lady that answered basically told me that because I didn't call 24 hours before hand they can no longer see me. So don't ever have an emergency come up cuz there is no exception. I love dr Sanders he is great but I don't think it is fair for a medical emergency to not get it waived

Great dr.. but his daughter COURTNEY runs the office and will charge you for items you never sign off to order or need.. than when they harass you to pay it ..you asked them to show you the receipt where you signed for it authorizing them to order it they have nothing to show so they send you to collections for a larger amount. I know a few other people that she has done this too and her dad is so unaware of her practices it's very sad because he's an amazing man who gives so much to others

Samuel Sanders does not seem to like people or care for the profession he has chosen. He is grumpy, rude and does NOT listen to the patient or care about their needs. My son was in extreme pain after an accident with his hand and this man glanced at the hand and said "I don't see the problem", then continued to belittle us and said, "If it was that bad, why didn't you go the the E.R. when it happened?" SERIOUSLY!?? We had to INSIST that he give us orders to have an x-ray done. He was very arrogant, rude and has a terrible attitude. I will be sure everyone in our area knows about him and pray that no one has to be treated the way we were when we were in need of medical attention.

Best optometrist around. Very friendly & helpful staff. Dr Sanders office offers the very best lenses. I need all the help I can get for clarity with as thin of a lens as possible. They have a good variety of frames, I need a petite frame & the girls know right where they are & are very helpful in choosing a frame that looks good!

I have NEVER heard of a doctor treating a patient the way my mother was treated today! This dr told my mom he don't have time for her, he has sicker ppl to deal with. Also told her she was in denial after asking if she was on drugs. I'm furious. What a jerk, wish I could give more detail but there's not enough space

Excellent, knowledgeable, rapport with patients. Fixed broken ankle, hip bursitis, referred me to a colleague for hand problem--knows his expertise and limits.

I've been coming here since I was in high school. Dr. Sanders and his staff are friendly and professional. I've never had to wait, and the office is good at keeping up with the times. I often get text/email notifications reminding me to make an appointment and when my appointment is coming up. They are also consistently upgrading their machinery.Dr. Sanders doesn't try to rip you off, he's a great doctor who cares about his patients and only gives them things that they need.

We only see Dr. Sanders for all of our sports injuries, he is excellent and considers the students needs as well as their over health and my concerns. We trust him completely.
