Sutter North Urgent Care gave me an appointment that was only 3 hours after I requested one online. Everyone was professional and kind. I saw Dr. Tseng quickly. He listened to what I had to say and told me what my options were. I was impressed with Sutter North once again.

I would suggest their be disinfectant wiped in waiting room because it would be nice to wipe chairs & hands with germs everywhere! I loved when someone from office used to come out & wipe the chairs down during start of covid .. Maybe also spray a disinfectant in the rooms after each patient too
