Today the young man that took my temperature as I walked into the Yuba City Ampla Health Clinic , may have saved my life just by being kind. He will be a great Dr. there in the next 2 years or so and I will be seeking him as my primary provider when he is ready . Young man's name is Nator ,I believe ( I wish I would have wrote down his name ) That youngman and the ladies behind the counter are the unnoticed heros of this establishment.

I don't understand the low rating for Ampla Health. I've been going to Dr. Amoli Hussain at Gridley Ampla for over 12 years now. He is amazing.. Dr. amoli has ALWAYS diagnosed my problems. He is an asset to your corporation. I hope you pass this on to him fond regards. Patricia Bailey. 12/23/1946 My adopted daughter is a patient of Dr. Boupari at YC pediatric also a terrific doctor. Horrible administration. Horrible doctors. Horrible staff. This poor town needs better medical care professionals willing to bill medi-cal/managed care insurance plans. Never been treated so poorly in the medical community than I have been here. You might literally be better off driving to Corning or elsewhere just to not be treated so badly, get someone to listen, and actually care. What a shameful bunch.

this place discriminated on me they said i was referral to specia;ist and i was a no show they showed me the papers i told them i have the right to have them and the doctor said i needed to find another dr you cant discriminated against me because im an american..finally they gave me the papers i called the people on the papers they t said they never got a referral for me told the corp office and they never did anything!! i am calling the BBB and making a complaint .and i am writing to the medical board and if that dont work i will report this to anyone who will hear me...

Long waiting time. Poor service check the blood pressure in 10 second I don’t know how can they understand it, always tell me it is ok but when I check it at home or in Walmart it is high. Right now I have been waiting for more than 1 and a half hour but have not seen the doctor yet. Look they have more patients don’t care about business... Tired of waiting ohhh

Very unprofessional, pediatric doctor was very aggressive towards me and my wife. I won’t bore you with the entire story but I will DEFINITELY NEVER be going here again. I do NOT recommend

What is the point of having an express care open till 7 when you are goimg to turn people away at 615! And what options are there when you need to see your doctor because you are ill and they are unable to get you in for at least 3-5 days! I called every hour to see if there were cancellations, nope. So i went to the express care at 2 locations and was turned away. I am trying to go through the correct avenues and am being forced to go sit at the ER where they will look at me as if i am wrong for seeking medical attention that should be handled through my doctor office! And i dont blame them because its true!

Need to improve many thing: This Corporate seems like it has no one in charge. Every office or every visit to my doctor I have seen/ experience really bad experiences; either by the first person that everyone see when they visit their doctors; the front desk. Moreover, if I have a problem or a complain and call to speak to someone, I either stay on hold at least 15 minutes or it took me straight to the voicemail directly to leave a message. Then, as after leaving a message,finally someone might or might not call in in a few days. Who's responsible for all this? The answer is The top of this Corporate. Shame on you and shame on the way you run this place.
