Very friendly and professional.

No comment on Drs due to never making it beyond the waiting room (inside and outside) two times. 1st appt I was told after waiting one hour and having had scheduled spot for months that I was not insured. (I was) as my entire family goes there on the same plan. 2nd time I was re-scheduled day prior to appt being told Dr no longer available to an earlier time. Upon arrival office closed, I contacted Acuity at number and was told by another office they should ba open but not answering phone? Receptionist at YV office very rude and condescending

Disgusting customer service, unbelievably bad office phone phone system!We have ordered glasses and called after a month to see what the status was. We tried all the different extensions and no one picked up and the voice mail boxes were full. I called New Customer extension and they immediately answered. The receptionist was very nice but couldn't answer any of our questions

been having problems with left eye. hard to read, watch t.v.  they said not bad enough to change to stronger glass lens. now have to wait another year. Said cataract is the problem but not bad enough to remove. if I can't see/read with left eye would think they could help???

The first time I went to this eye doctor, the receptionist charged me $50 to get a copy of my glasses prescription. The next time I went I found out they don't charge for that and never have. It was a year later and I couldn't get the money back.

The worst customer service ever. They wrote us the wrong prescription which cost us $200 on a wasted pair of glasses. Multiple visits with no resolutions. From eye exam to final prescription took three months of tomfoolery. Zero out of 10 do not recommend

First the negative - the office location is bad, the gps wasn't able to find the entrance, we ended up driving from one parking to another looking for the address - none on the building, and then walking around the entire medical plaza until we found the door. That was frustrating because I had to apologize for being late! Then the very loud tv with an ignorant game show made it unpleasant - it drove my husband to go out and wait in the car. Then the good - the office is very efficient. They asked up front if I wanted new eye glasses, no I said, which cut out unnecessary steps. Better like this or like this, which I didn't need. The tech was fast and very kind, 10 minutes while my eyes dilated in a quiet waiting area, and the doctor was great too. I wish I could give you a 5 star.

Acuity eye group is most definitely a professional clinic.  It started from the desk, the receptionist were very friendly and she asked me a few questions and told me to sit down In the lobby.  It didn't take that long for the nurse to call me to check my eyes.  She also asked a few questions related to my glasses and my situation about having diabetes. Then, She dropped some liquid to Dilate my eyes.  She was definitely skillful and professional.  Afterwards, she told me to sit down in a another waiting room to see the doctor.  It didn't take that long for the doctor to call me to go to his office and sit on the examination chair. He inspected eyes with his equipments in a thorough manner.  It's like realizing your eyes for the first time that you are blind.  Having Astigmatism is a shocker.  At least, for me!  There's letters I can't even read.  No wonder why the DMV associate gave me a restriction to always wear my glasses.  Well....I'm grateful for the eyes checked.  Thanks again for your assistance and professionalism.  I'll see you in another year!
