I love this office. From all the helpful staff to Dr Ghargoury, a doc that really listens. Highly recommended!

It was my first time visiting his office. It also will be the last. Several issues: 1. I had to wait for 2 hours, and after asking the nurse when the doctor is going to see me, she said I was next, and she said the same every time I asked her, after the 2nd hour I got tired of waiting so I told them I was going to leave in 5 minutes if the doctor didn't see me. So, I left after waiting the additional 5 minutes. NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR!!! 2. The front desk people are extremely rude! They make you feel like they are being imposed upon and demand that you wait, they will not give any answers, they claim they don't work for the doctor. The nurse came out with the usual forms to be filled out and after completing them I had to wait for a full hour before she called me inside the doctors room, they took my blood pressure but didn't know how to do it, I had to mention to the nurse that my arm is not in the proper position AND SHE SAID IT DOESN'T MATTER! My opinion? I would not go to that doctor if my life depended on it!

Waited 1hr 15 minutes. Went I expressed my dismay the dr. Stated do you want to pay Bill's! Will not be going back.

The Dr. And stuff are 1st rate. Never had a problem.

I liked him from the moment he walked in the room. He was very attentive, listened and even remembered me when I returned for a follow-up two months later. Office staff very nice and helpful with questions I asked. The only con is they do not take credit or debit at the counter. This should be fixed. Other than that - great experience the three times I have been there!

Staff is the worst. Dr is good. Every time I've had to talk to the staff via the phone it typically rolls over to VM. When i do get a person, they are rude or simply don't do the follow-up work, or even listen to your request. Case in point is this past Sunday i was in the ER at the local hospital diagnosed with pancreatitis. The ER took samples that needed to be cultured and suggested i call my dr on Monday to ask them to check on the results the following day (Tuesday). The nurse on the phone of the Dr office didn't even listen to my request to look out for the results on Tuesday. Both times i mentioned Tuesday all she would say is they haven't received them yet. Well duh it was Monday and i told them the results would be ready tomorrow. Also, don't believe them about calling in before your appointment to ask when to arrive because of the wait. You just get put at the BOTTOM of the list when you arrive. I'd rather wait and get out at a reasonable time instead of getting on the bottom of the list, waiting just as long, and getting out later. Very poor staffing customer support.

Excellent service -no run arounds like most Dr's that are beholden to insurance companies
