First time visited this place and waited for 35 minutes to see doctor. Doctor took him 30 seconds to see my son and doctor's finger nails more like a mechanic than a pediatrician. Please do not bring your child here.

Dr. Cohen treated my boys like family. He was very respectable, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. He prescribed the right medication and took care of my boys issues and he also processed the referrals immediately. Lastly his staff was also very polite.

I absolutely despise this doctor's office! The staff is completely unfriendly especially the receptionist! She is completely unkind and could careless about anyone's wellness. I had already been going there for 1 whole year and I never actually meet the doctor until my second child was born. Which blew my mind. Since my first visit tell the last that place has been nothing but a nightmare. Definitely a place i would never recommend for anyone to take their child!

I recently brought to Dr. Cohens attention about how rude and unprofessional his staff is, and today i recieved a letter in the mail from Dr Cohen stating that we have not achieved a good relationship between him and us and for that reason it would be in everyone's best interest to find a new physician. Rude, disrespectul, and his staff reflects his same principles and examples. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO COME HERE

Took my 16 month old grandson 7 x in 2 weeks he quit eating couldnt walk any longer & hitting his head on wall all he did was to keep saying ear infection give him medicine and send him home. It was brain cancer found out symptons he had should have been took in consideration. They are symptons of brain tumors. He does not takr time to listen to your concerns and rushes through exam. Tragic that in are small town in 29 palms ca. That this is basically the only kind of doctor in this field 4 us

I called to make an appointment and the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude. She said the doctor couldn't see my children until April and it was March 21st. I was told to call back in April when they make the schedule. Completely nonprofessional and inconvenient.

The dr was OK but the nurses and lady at the front desk r wretched and should find different areas of work if they feel having attitudes is how you deal with people looking for medical assistance I was very disappointed with the servicei received from the 29 palms office amazing the office is still in business

I would recommend this doctor. He is very nice and showed a lot of care at my daughter's visit. He shows that he has a lot of experience in his field and he is a reliable doctor. The waiting room area is cute for the children to play. The doctor's assistants were very curtious and sweet. He was very detailed when he prescribed my daughter's medicine. Overall, he is a doctor to look in to. The location was in Yucca Valley. I've gone to his other office in 29 Palms, but the secretary by the name of Mary is extremely rude. I recommend his office in Yucca Valley (the staff provides professionalism).
