List of Edith Jones-Poland's Reviews
Dr. Edith Jones-Poland somehow turned one prescription and one office Zoom call into a catastrophe. As per the pharmacy, the doctor put the wrong code on the prescription request 5 times. Further, they claimed that a Zoom teleconference appt was missed/stood up by me. Since I sincerely respect their time, I immediately emailed my phone log that proves Dr Edith Jones/Poland never placed the call and stood me up. Then they came up with ‘a special form needs to be filled out’. When I explained to the pharmacy my situation, they knew the name Dr Edith Jones Poland and filled it on the spot. Needless to say, I have switched doctors as I don’t think they are competent. Any patient thinking of using E.J.P.’s office, I hope you have a ton of patience and time to waste trying to get any help. Please look for a doctor with customer service and tries to help your health.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jones Poland for 15 years. She's friendly and caring, always following up on any tests or procedures. Very knowledgeable and current and open to alternative medical treatments. Most importantly, she has a comprehensive picture of my health. I recommend Dr. Jones Poland without reservation.
Doctor, Dr. Edith Jones-Poland and Gabriela, are literally unresponsive. I've had one initial Zoom appt. with Dr. Poland, and when I had a problem I got Gabriela. I explained my gastrointestinal issues had worsened, and asked if it could be IBS. She ordered the standard blood tests, and an x-ray of my abdomen. Then she messaged me on their patient portal saying I was constipated - well, duh, I already know that; that's why I went to see her in the first place!!! She prescribed me a laxative to use for 7 days, not addressing the fact that this, obviously, is a bigger problem. I never received any feedback about my labs. I found the results on labcorp and I had to look up what each test result meant in order to decipher them myself; I was all alone. These doctors made me feel insignificant and ignored. If you want a doctor, find one that cares about you, and these two doctors won't.

staff was incompetent, did not answer questions I had, did not phone/text/email/use patent portal, Doctors had the wrong Dx codes, Doctors had the wrong Dx for my condition....I had to be extremely forceful verbally to secure an in-person visit...overall a negative experience

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
