it took me forever to find him... 10 stars at least. the best I have have every experienced. can not list how much he has helped my health.

Was with this provider over 5 years. Was misinformed of prescription overdose on a medication. Told Dr. What I was told. Felt primary should have talked to him. Dr. Levy was prescribing the right amount. Then he drops me stating we lost the trust a PTDr. should have. This was news to me. My life is full of pain and am now self medicating . I guess attitude is everything. Too bad I thought he was an excellent doctor bit seems a bit sensitive and afraid to talk to another doctor about his treatment plans.

Husband is showing covid 19 symptoms calls his doctor to ask about getting a test done and they have no information regarding when where or best place to get it? Seriously? That is unacceptable

Patient of 10 years Calls yelling at me because HIS STAFF cant do their job and I just got out of the hospital at 6am today he calls yelling at me? Very unprofessionalEDIT Dr has apologized changes have been made. Im happy to report all is turning around

Plan of being part of the herd every month just to get refills even when your vitals never change. They put you on hold and it goes to voicemail which they never check. Tests tests tests for more money from your insurance.

Great Doctor good staff.

Im giving two starts because I did like Dr. Levy and his employees. I went there for my first visit as I wanted a new primary doctor. My last primary doctor was not empathetic at all and when I met Dr Levy I could feel that he was very empathetic and I was ecstatic that I finally found a doctor to go to as my primary. Ive only been in Yucca Valley for a year. I saw him and he wrote me a script not pain medication but for muscle relaxation as I have cervical radiography on my left side of my neck and carpal tunnels and muscle spasms. I took it to Rite Aid and I got a call from the pharmacy about two hours later stating that the doctor had canceled my prescription. I asked why and they said they did not know. I called the office and they said that apparently The Rite Aid Pharmacy had called them and refuse to fill it. Now keep in mind I had been to the emergency room less than a week prior to seeing this doctor and I was prescribed 10 pain pills for my migraine which I have had ongoing migraines most of my life. I let the doctor know this and his staff because I had to fill out basically a novel a paperwork and a list of the medications I take. The only two doctors Ive seen out here before Dr Levy at actual doctors offices Im not talking about urgent care or emergency rooms is my psychiatrist and my last primary who also prescribed me two months ago now the same medication for my muscles as Dr Levy had. They said who is dr. Wang and I said that was the emergency room doctor that I told you guys I saw less than a week ago then they asked about my last primary who prescribe me the same prescription almost two months ago which I had written down and I told them that. I have had a couple Urgent Care visits this year and a couple emergency room visits year. Now because the system doesnt tell you that its an urgent care or an emergency room it looks as if Im going to these random doctors. The office did not have the common courtesy to call and ask me any questions. They just cancelled my prescription and discharged me as a patient without calling me. I am appalled angry hurt and very upset that they think this is okay. I should have been contacted and asked and I could have easily told them why I was at the Urgent Care that time or why I was at the emergency room. They basically accused me of Doctor shopping which is so far from the truth its laughable. They have now refused to see me as a patient because of Rite Aid contacting them and because they did not listen to a word I said when I was trying to explain the other doctors visits which were only a handful. I do not get prescribed pain medication on a regular basis at all I barely get prescribed any narcotics at all. I was so happy that I thought I found a good doctor and look at turns out that its just another doctor who doesnt bother to call and ask you questions he discharged me without any notice I had to call myself to find out. They did not call me to tell me to cancel that prescription or to tell me they had discharged me as a patient. I think this is bad business not to mention very unethical and a medical practice. Im very upset by the way they acted I find it to be very unprofessional that the doctor thought this kind of behavior is okay. I do not recommend this doctor. I basically begged them to let me come back and to no avail as I was promised a phone call today and I never got one.
