List of Pablo Sobero's Reviews
Both Dr Sobero and his staff if Naps & PAs couldn't do anything right. They only cared about covering their behinds.
I've never been yelled at by a Doctor before now. He was so angry that I asked for a work note after telling my son to stay home from work for a while. What a clown!
Amazing provider! My children have been seeing him for over 5 years and he has really taken good care of their health and he loves his patients!
Being in the medical profession, copy of records were requested with no cooperation from whom ever sends those. It is important for a patients records for a new Dr. to receive in a timely manner. Still waiting.............
Poor service, and very arrogant doctor and ice cold P.A.
He is terrible. He doesn’t listen and is very egotistical. A horrible pediatrician. Don’t go to him.
Awful Dr does not take his time to listen at all even after telling him the medications he prescribed to me were doing me harm his answer for everything is you are going to die if you don't do as I say, sorry Sobero you are not God! Does not take time he just moves on to the next patience will never go back to him.
Left hospital against medical advice and needed antibiotics to finish to keep my kidneys working. Dr Gregory gave me prescription right away. Great Drs office
I will be 73 this year and have COPD (A Upper Respiratory Disease), making me a very high risk for the Corona Virus. I requested a telephone consult with my current doctor working in this office and it was denied. They simply said "We are no longer doing that." They wanted me to make an appointment to come in to the office. It is unfair in my condition to have to sit in a crowded waiting room exposing myself to other patients who might very well be infected with this deadly virus. I do not understand why a simple phone call would be available to myself and others with high risks.
A Veteran should not have to feel intimidated to go in, call or get his medical records so he can be seen elsewhere because he called out the office staff for their rude and unprofessional behavior, towards his wife, that he called them out on. Then when we get agitated they call harassment and deny care. It is horrible that I will no longer be seen by John or Dr. Sobero because of their staff.... Sad because we have been with this facility for at least 8+ years. I called several times first couple was to get to the bottom of the situation at hand and the others were to inform them that a congressional inquiry would be done on their rude treatment by the office staff and why they failed to get a hold of ChampVA... the last call was to find out how to get my records and why I am being denied medical care.... They told me I lied and that was never said and do not call back because they felt I was harassing them. This is becoming the new norm when it comes to care for us Veterans. Love the doctors... but billing and staff are lacking!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
