THE OFFICE NEVER CALLS YOU BACK & THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. THE DOCTOR HIMSELF HAS WAY TOO MANY PATIENTS AND CANNOT GIVE PATIENTS THE TIME AND CARE THEY NEED! SO MANY PEOPLE GET NEGLECTED IN THEIR CARE. IVE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND BEEN TOLD I WOULD RECIEVE A CALL BACK AND HAVE NEVER BEEN CONTACTED BACK. EXTREMELY DIS

He was self serving. Failed to follow the law in amending inaccuracies in my records, a vital issue because if my impending SS Disability case. He threatened to drop me as a patient if I pressed the issue further by filing a complaint for inaccurate record keeping. He then retaliated by pretending not to see & find my very recently prescribed thyroid medicine. With a smirk on his face he said that he couldn't find it. So it was never renewed. I had been on thyroid meds for 3 continuous months prior, when my PA had left Dr Saholtra 's facility. I had to go elsewhere to get it.

Very thorough I have a lot of complex medical problems and he understood all of them and explained what to do clearly

Beware of stopping meds without warning. I'm so upset that he abruptly stopped my 91 mother's med of alprazolam .5 mg, which she was taking 1\2 tab twice a day. It can't get any lower for the dose !! This is the only medicine that works for her anxiety. She is now screaming all day and all night, at the facility disturbing other residents and staff. This is absurb !!!!!!The only chance I have to get her low dose medicine is to change primary docs. The facility will have to deal with her screaming for two weeks.

I'm new with this doctor. I go in with medical records and reviews. Told by Dr. he won't dispense pain medicines (stated this was a Wellcare policy- I spoke with insurance and was told this is false) will be referred to pain doctor over an hour away. Been 1 0 weeks and no authorization. S/w Heather regarding authorization. Basically told me not her fault, it's the doctor. Will contact insurance today. As of today.... Reciever request for x-rays of back. Not sure why since my back is fine. Waithing over 2 months so far to see pain doctor to get refills on pain meds ive been on for 20 years. Paperwork for x-rays show wrong diagnosis and wrong date of service. Pam states that was date requested. D.O.S. STANDS FOR DATE OF SERVICE. Dr and Pam showed no concern that false information was entered by them. Filed complaint with Wellcare Proclvider Relations. Told Dr I would change providers and his response was "good". Swell Dr. Falsified forms, lies to patients.... Anyone with him should choose new provider.

New patient onboarding was quick and easy.They saw me on my first visit and didn’t treat it as simply a “welcome” visit.They asked me why I was coming in and ended up ordering several tests to find some answers for my unidentified medical conditions before I left the office.Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Not sure why so many negative reviews here. Dr Salhotra is one of the nicest I've ever been to. He really takes the time to listen to his patients and works with you to find solutions to your issues that you're comfortable with. As for the complaints I see about his refusal to refill or prescribe controlled substances, this is standard across the medical system now. As a chronic pain patient myself, I am frustrated with the system too. However, the over hyped so called opioid crisis which has nothing to do with legitimate chronic pain patients, has caused family practitioners to be scared to prescribe anymore. It's also a liability issue for them. So unfortunately, now, we have to go out of our way to see separate doctors known as pain specialists. It's a total pain to deal with but in no way should reflect badly on Dr Salhotra.

Sent my bill to collections after I called to pay in months ago now they say they have no record me of calling. Told me I have to deal with the collections agency now and they can't and won't do anything to help me. Not to mention the doctor can't even prescribe the types of medication I needed. Don't waste your time with this office!
