Honestly, I would not recommend this office to anyone. The girls in the office never answer the phone and they’re rude. I’ve been calling them since January. Before that, I was on medication that needed approval monthly and I could never get in. I never consistently got my medication. Dr Reeves was nice and helpful, but they absolutely need new staff.But shame on me, I was also warned about them not answering. Even the people in the pharmacy know about this office. They know that if they need to call for an approval, they won’t be able to get in touch with anyone.

Wish I could give a minus 5 stars. Mean, arrogant and non caring. Ended up 2 times in ER due to his incompetence. I would not go back to P A. Winston Rudder for any amount of money.

Today was our 'First Meet' of my daughters new primary doctor. Appointment was at 10 am and we did not see an assistant past 11:30. I obtained her pt. history from her previous DR. and they received it 1/7, They could not find it, so it was refaxed. She has stage 4 colon/rectal cancer and kidney failure. She is on over 15 medications, multiple needs and needs a very attentive care provider. This office was recommended by her previous Dr.  The dr. came in room once with wrong chart. We will seek a new office, this was extremely unethical.I would not take my dog here!

By far the worst “dr. Office” I’ve ever attempted to use.They consistently ignore my prescription refills for weeks. The refuse to answer their phone, and intentionally leave there voicemail full so you can’t leave a message.Will be reporting them to my insurance and the state.

I only started coming to this practice in April of last year, and I was very happy until the quarantine and pandemic situation worsened. I have not been able to reach anyone on the phone during or after office hours... the phone rings off the hook until it is answered by an automated voicemail system that says the voicemailbox is full. I have not been able to have any lab work done in almost a year, and my prescriptions were being refilled when the pharmacy would contact the doctor because I was out of refills. Well, for the past 3 months, the refill requests have been denied and I STILL can't reach a live person to make an appointment. I am in need of blood pressure medication as well as some essential diabetes medications. This is unacceptable and I need answers.

The staff is rude and the NP's are not trained well at all. I would not recommend the office for anyone with complex care needs. I have several disabilities and the NP (Karen) was not interested in working with me on how best to care for me. She was quick to point to other places to seek the treatment I needed. I would rate as zero star but have not figured out how to do that.

This place is full of rude egotistical witches that work at the front desk. I have been going there since I gave birth to my youngest daughter (over a year) and never had a problem within that time, after today, trust me I will not be going back. If you want to be disrespected and talked to like your trash, by all means go there.
