Honestly, I would not recommend this office to anyone. The girls in the office never answer the phone and they’re rude. I’ve been calling them since January. Before that, I was on medication that needed approval monthly and I could never get in. I never consistently got my medication. Dr Reeves was nice and helpful, but they absolutely need new staff. But shame on me, I was also warned about them not answering. Even the people in the pharmacy know about this office. They know that if they need to call for an approval, they won’t be able to get in touch with anyone.
Wish I could give a minus 5 stars. Mean, arrogant and non caring. Ended up 2 times in ER due to his incompetence. I would not go back to P A. Winston Rudder for any amount of money.
By far the worst “dr. Office” I’ve ever attempted to use. They consistently ignore my prescription refills for weeks. The refuse to answer their phone, and intentionally leave there voicemail full so you can’t leave a message. Will be reporting them to my insurance and the state.

This place is aweful. Look up the reviews from other web sources.
Dr. Brown got very upset when I didn't want an optional mammography and "diagnosed" me with senility. I requested a brain study, which revealed that my brain was normal. After that, he began to send refill prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy, necessitating numerous complaints to my insurance. Went of for 4 months. When he had no choice but send the prescriptions to the correct pharmacy, he caused an appointment confusion. Lead to another complaint to my insurance. Then he came to the appointment with a recording tool and stated he was going to record the appointment, to "avoid misunderstandings". Also the office manager was present. Shortly after that, he discharged me from his health care, stating I had breached the patient-doctor and staff relationship. We have on record that it was Dr. Brown (and his staff) who breached the trust relationship repeatedly. There was not a single breach of trust on my behalf towards Dr. Brown and his staff. This Internist has behavioral problems and punishes his patients when they don't bow to his tyranny. His staff's job is to defend him. Check his records with the California Medical Board before considering him as your doctor.

I was recently released out of the hospital 3 days ago for DKA. I was in a massive amount of pain due to the vomiting and swelling and his primary doc made me feel very uncomfortable. Never will be going back again after this!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
