I purchased items for overnight shipping with Dr Brite because I needed it before my vacation. Daisy, a representative from Dr Brite, was in close contact with me via phone and email regarding the items and seemed very helpful to guarantee the items would be delivered on time. I was so excited because of the amazing reviews.We did not receive the items on time and already left for our vacation. I emailed and called regarding this matter. I was very understanding and willing to resolve the issue. However, it seemed Daisy did not want to respond. When I finally talked to Daisy. She mentioned to me that this is not their fault. This is UPS’ fault so Dr. Brite is losing out also. She will look into giving me a courtesy refund for the overnight shipping which is $33. I am not sure how this is a courtesy refund when I didn’t get the product on time. I also wanted to find out if they can give me some compensation due to the inconvenience as I no longer need the product because I only needed it for my vacation. Closing our discussion, she mentioned she would ask upper management for a refund of delivery and see if there is any other compensation for incorrect shipping. She said she would call me that day. I did not hear back. Interesting how when I am purchasing the product, they were willing to do everything including add overnight shipping which they say they do not offer but was a courtesy for me. And now that I have questions to be refunded, I am left with no response.During COVID-19 times, I am very understanding of delays and issues. I do not personally blame Daisy or the company, Dr Brite. I just wish my customer service experience was not what I had to deal with. I would have been satisfied with any response rather than no response.I asked Daisy to speak to a Manager. I spoke to someone from upper management who was very rude. I am trying to get her name but I don’t know if they would even respond to me. This woman whom I never spoke to picks up the phone and I have never heard someone in a management position that speaks the way this lady did. I am so shocked at her attitude and her response to this matter. Mind you, I was not rude or disrespectful by all means. I just wanted a simple response. She rudely asked “What do you want? We are already giving you a courtesy refund for shipping.” As I believe they should because the product did not come on time so how is this a courtesy. In all honesty, I am bummed because I was excited about the products and becoming a loyal customer due to the great reviews; however, all I wanted was some acknowledgment and resolution. If I could actually answer the rude lady without her rambling response. All I heard was her blaming UPS, that they are losing money too and they did a courtesy to overnight the product and they don’t typically do this. I mentioned to her, it’s more than the money. It’s the lack of customer service, consideration and accountability that is disappointing. She continued to be rude and ramble that she has been in customer service for 5 years which was truly irrelevant to my point.I don’t like to be negative and I wish I was able to enjoy the products that I have but I hope this message finds its way to help improve customer service because this is simply not right. I have never experienced customer service from higher management in this way. I am very shocked and displeased.
I hate leaving reviews but I was actually surprised to talk to a real person when I contacted Dr. Brite. I had perviously bought sanitizer from another company and it turned out to be a scam.So when I saw their commercial I immediately called them to figure out if they were the real deal.. and YES they are. The customer service woman was very helpful and took the time to explain to me their product line.I ended up placing my order with her and within 2 days my order was at my door. I was actually kind of shocked at how quickly it came in the mail. I work with elderly people and this sanitizer makes me feel confident I am clean enough to be around them during this time.Thank you, you have earned a lifetime customer.
I'm very happy with the Dr. Brite hand sanitizer I purchased. I liked it so much that I ordered one for a family member as a gift. It was delivered VERY quickly to both of us, and was well-packaged. I like the faint citrus smell and lighter texture of the sanitizer. The bottle lasts longer than other sanitizers I've purchased, because I find I don't need to use as much of it at a time. Very good product!
