absolute hot garbage. he MISDIAGNOSED me with bipolar disorder because i had an anxiety attack and gave me some meds that made me feel absolutely dead inside. i told him about this and he was like "nah u are we just need to up the dose and add this other super strong drug that will stabilize your mood". he clearly wasnt listening to me in the several instances i said he was wrong. sure enough, i went to a better doctor and when they did their eval, i was told i didnt check a single box for BD.

THIS GUY SUCKS.
Receiving treatment only for issues related to ADHD. Dr. Nangia is very good about taking a wholistic approach with diet, exercise, enough sleep and meds as needed. Hes been helpful in referring me to other sources for other counseling issues. Ive been happy overall.
Dr. Nangia is an ok Dr. But he doesn’t prep well for his patients. my previous Dr retired & recommended him, but warned about the staff. They’re so unreliable. My insurance paperwork had careless errors. Wrote a preauth for the wrong med. wouldn’t get back to me until after I was out of my meds no matter how much notice I gave. I’d hound them daily for a response. I spent hrs on the phone with insurance & pharmacy to clarify their mistakes. Dr said page in these cases. Never got call back
Worst office I have ever encountered. No concern for patient. I am a healthcare provider & would NEVER send a patient here. They do not return phone calls until you start calling daily. They are careless with how they complete your paperwork which leads to a screwup in your medication coverage which changes the cost from $40 to$500+. They don’t care what your situation is & how their lack of follow up effects you. Even if they leave you completely stranded. Bottom line is they don’t care
The entire staff needs to be fired. They simply do not care if you need them. They do not return calls or emails. You have to hound them & oftentimes the response is far past the deadline of what you needed. They are Careless with details. The first time this happened Dr. Nangia told me to page him. I tried that a few times & got no response. Also, he did not prepare for our appointment & had completely forgotten my past medical his. This is shameful for someone who is a mental health professional. As an HCP, I think "patient first." They don't put the patient second. They forget the patient
Over medicates!
I don't understand how this man keeps his practice. They are the absolute worst people to deal with. No follow up. No return calls. Not even when it's an urgent situation. Their front office staff should all be fired.
Wow, just horrific customer service. Very bad staff and practice management. I guess I should have read the all the bad reviews prior to scheduling an appointment.
Doctor Nangia is the best!
I'm very hesitant to leave a review, but I feel it is important that something good come out of my experience with this doctor, and if that means helping a person in need of mental health care look elsewhere for a more caring provider, then this is worth it.

Dr. Nangia saw me in very brief visits averaging about 1015 minutes to discuss my medication management. When I recently needed his advice desperately but couldn't get to the office, I found him completely unresponsive via voice mail. After finally getting an appointment with him, I came in and had an incredibly galling conversation with him that made it clear that he hadn't reviewed my file before our appointment, hadn't listened to my messages, and frankly didn't know me at all. He didn't recall any details about my history despite having seen me for two years. It was incredibly frustrating and eroded any sense of trust. He ended up advising me to make the exact medication change that I'd asked in my phone messages three weeks prior if I could do.

Overall he was an adequate psychiatrist when I was doing well and a terrible psychiatrist when I was in crisis. For someone working in mental health care, I think that's a clear dealbreaker. I am no longer his patient.

To their credit, the office staff is very helpful and nice, so I wouldn't rule out the whole practice. They were prompt in returning office phone calls and very kind to me.
I believe Dr Nangia to be a good Dr. I didnt really need a lot from him. But if I ever did want reach him, I could not. Apparently, he will only speak to by appointment only!
Dr. Nashua was my doctor while inpatient for a few days. Hevwas not very thoughtful or insightful. Relatively predictable. He also stated he would be my MD for a few months while I found a longterm doctor. I followed up with him twice. He never responded.
Dr. Nangia me for an initial history/intake session. First session was fine, just took my history. Sometime before my 2nd appointment, I realized there was 1 medication I forgot to mention, which I was currently taking without a prescription (bought overseas) due to difficulty obtaining it here. When I came to session 2 and told him this He freaked and became very suspicious of me. He treated me as if I was very dishonest, and probably a drug addict of some sort. Never went back.
I don't know if this doctor is any good or not because I can't get anyone at the office to respond to my calls and emails. It's beyond ridiculous. They obviously don't want any business. I'm done trying. What kind of Mental Health professional hires people who don't follow up and don't work at all?
This psychiatrist seemed good at first. He did a wonderful job of me getting out of my depression, but then he made a mistake as a professional. My wife and I had gotten into an argument. She called him when she was very irrational and delirious. Due to that call without even talking to me, he decided to call CPS on me. CPS made one call and deemed it no situation. He then kicked me out of his practice. This man is not about helping people, but more about picking up his pay check at the end of the week. I feel he worsened my home life due to his lack of professionalism.
Dr. Najia is not to be trusted, I don't want to provide details here but I was misdiagnosed. This caused a HUGE amount strife for myself, family and friends.
I know it is very hard to find a good psychiatrist, keep looking, you have not found one yet. : /
very compassionate and understanding. a very positive soul of a person.
He had nothing to say to me. Didnt seem to want to listen, and emphasized medication control.
I am just have wonderful impression to met this Unique Dr. He is a great and excellent psychiatrist. I cant find any perfect word to say that he is a rock star. Thx.
Sometimes people are brought into our lives and wonderful things happen. I almost ended my life several times this past year and was seeing another Psychiatrist and he completely over ordered and prescribed the most strong/potent drugs around. After a trial of 6 different meds in 6 months I had gotten so bad that I had to enter the Good Sam Behavioral Health Outpatient Program...and my lucky stars were aligned that day as Dr Nangia just happened to be the admitting Doc and I was placed in his care. He spoke to me in such a caring/kind voice w/his eyes looking directly into mine and LISTENED to my situation. He then decided that all the meds I had been given were completely wrong and changed me to a very nontoxic medication that has changed my life. He also gave me goals and healthy living ideas...to help the medication work even better.
My family and friends are just as THANKFUL as I am to have me back...happy, healthy mentally and physically and "Better than Ever"
