Dr Susan Rabizadeh is super!
Knowledgeable, compassionate and very user friendly. She will take the time to read your file if necessary to get to the root of your skin's unique issue. From facial acne to deep rashes and all skin cancers!!!!
Her office from Ro and Helen at check in to Gabriella and Teresa (actual RN's who exclusively handle only tailored phototherapy) this office is perfectly managed and runs smooth and efficient.
All your skin needs will be handled.
I am very impressed and satisfied with my treatment
A+++++++++++++++++++++
Hands down the best dermatologist in LA (and I have been to a few!) She is for me a true cosmetic dermatologist because she tempers her well crafted skill with high aesthetic standards. You will never look 'done' and she always offers a follow up visit though in my experience this is unnecessary as she doesn't need to revise her work. Yes, you will need to wait even if you are her third patient for the day, but wouldn't you be worried if you saw a dermatologist that wasn't in high demand and why would you entrust someone with your face that wasn't worth waiting for? Her staff is kind and knowledgeable and is a reflection of her. I adore Dr. Rabizadeh!
She’s the kindest, most patient and gentle doctor ever. I have had nothing but positive experiences!
The office staff is terrible. There are many unprofessional people at the front desk. They do not return calls. I was supposed to get a prescription filled and they promised they would call it in and then of course, they didn't and closed the office for the day so now I'm stuck with a rash without my prescription. Even my pharmacy said, why aren't they calling back it doesn't take that long! They were also supposed to schedule me with Dr. Rabizadeh and didn't, they scheduled me with someone else even though I've waited over a month to see Dr. Rabizadeh. The physicians themselves seem fantastic as do the nurses and medical staff but the people at the front are absolutely terrible so be on alert for them screwing everything up and not returning your calls. You have to be vigilant. I can't believe such good physicians have such terrible staff. What a shame!!!
Not a great experience. I was super uncomfortable the whole time. She didn't really listen to me. It felt like she was just trying to sell me stuff. Also, I went to a different doctor for the same issue and found out she misdiagnosed the issue.

Staff was relatively nice though.
I saw Dr. Rabizadeh while my regular doc was on maternity leave. She was wonderful. She talked me through worries I had about a medicine that was recommended for years but I'd avoided due to side effects. She felt confident it was the best option, and she was right. Cut my trips to the doc to a couple follow ups a year. Very nice, very smart. I'd still be with her if I didn't love my original doc more.
Doctors like Dr Rabizadeh are hard to find! Caring! always takes her time with you to figure out your needs, professional, knowledgeable, experienced. She has treated me for all difference skin disorders I have had in the past and my cosmetic needs.
And her fees are very reasonables
I have been going to her for years and I can't tell you you won't be you will not be disappointed.
Total Rip off I was told I had to pay $25 copay for an office visit. Dr. Rabizadeh charged me $25 then sent a bill for $759 $358 for the office visit that was SUPPOSED to be $25!!!!

Doctor scarred me then ripped me off.
STAY AWAY if you don't want to get ripped off.
She was NOT honest and I believe if she was about to charge me $1000 for something she should have told me this.
The charge was for 2 spots 5mm each that she used liquid nitrogen on. If you are not familiar with this it is a stick you put on the skin for 23 seconds total.
She sent me a bill for his calling this "SURGERY"!!!!
My last dermatologist who unfortunately retired would not even charge for this since it was only 2 seconds.
I am blow away that a 3 minute office visit commands $757
I can't say enough great things about Dr Rabizadeh and her staff. Prior to my appointment, I read some of the reviews below and I wanted to offer my own insight since some of them did not reflect my own positive experience. My visit was efficient and the new location is very clean and inviting. The professionalism and care by Dr Rabizadeh and the attentiveness by her staff make Dr. Rabizadeh my new favorite Doc.
she has made look better and better.
Six years ago, I was going through a weird skin issue where my face turned as red as Darth Maul in Star Wars, Hellboy, or Will Ferrel's Satan on SNL! No joke! It was f'n crazy, scary. She was so kind. It was a combination of allergies, exposure to extreme, cold at my job, and ( in my personal opinion) stress and internal, emotional, strife. Nonetheless, Dr. Rabizadeh was so kind. I never felt like she looked at me as a freak. I could just tell that she cared. Thank you Dr. R!
Dr. Rabizadeh is such an AMAZING dermatologist! She has great bedside manner and really takes her time with you. Her nurse Traci is also really sweet and always makes me feel relaxed!
Run, do not walk from Dr. Rabidiz3eh! She completely blew me off and tried to convince me that I was selfmutilating with rash up and down my arms. Turns out to be an infestation of scabies and she could've saved me a lot of grief!
I heard she is the best and from the 10 minute interaction I had with her the first time I had an appointment I could tell.

However, the customer service I received from her office is UNACCEPTABLE. Let's start with the process is takes to get an appointment. I called in midDecember for the earliest appointment they had. I got an appointment in midMarch. What kind of Dermatologist is booked for the next three months?!!

I decided to book the appointment and see her in three months just because my acne wasn't so bad.

I go to my appointment at 10:45 AM (my appointment was at 10:40 so I was 5 minutes late. However, its not my fault, parking on robertson is impossible and the buildings elevator was broken). I was informed that since I was late, it might take a little loner for the doctor to see me. again, I was 5 minutes late. I sat down and basically watch the entire Frozen movie while at the waiting room. At 12:05 PM (an hour and 20 minutes later) I finally go inside one of the examination rooms. The nurse comes, takes five minutes to ask what medications I am using for my skin, and says the famous line "the doctor will be right with you."

I don't know what she meant with that..... I'm not lying when I tell you I literary took a nap in the examination room. at 12:45 I woke up. (remember my appointment was at 10:40). looked around, and there was no doctor. I went to the front office and asked for a refund of my copayment and left the office

I also want to point out that they aren't really allowed to charge the copayment until after the end of the visit, while this office charges you the second you walk in

she might be a good doctor. but when she comes to see you, she will only be in the room for 10 minutes.

if you are really desperate enough to see THIS doctor, clear out half of your day.

BTW, I complained to nurse. she said the doctor was busy. I informed her that she saw patients that had appointments at 11:30 before me (a patient had a laser appointment). The nurse told me that's wrong because the doctor didn't have a 11:30 appointment.......... So what the heck was she doing this whole time instead of seeing me??

dont go to her.
I have been to Dr. R a few times. Yes, she is a good and caring doctor. But be ready to wait for an hour. I had to wait for an hour each time and I am always on time for my appointments. I wish doctors would consider their patients as having life's too. I run a business and need to be taken for my appointments/meetings within a normal and considerate 'wait' time. 15 minutes would work. There are many wonderful dermatologists in LA and I will probably not return.
I am writing this review for Dr. Rabizadeh who is one of the Doctors at this location.
Wonderful is my word, kind and sweet and very helpful. She has been caring for my child since his birth up until a few weeks ago. (Complications with hemangioma) Dr. Rabizadeh actually took her time and treated my child as if he was her own. Because of her I can say with all honesty there are real caring Doctors out there. Oh yeah and Monica her assistant is great as well.
Dr. Rabizadeh is amazing. I went in for a terrible case of insect bite allergies which had me terrified and covered in big huge things. Her front desk staff treated me like I was at a spa. Each one so kind. The doctor herself took time to answer EVERY one of my 100 questions. She was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. She made me feel much better about the issues I was having and gave me RX for other issues outside of this one that I needed anyways. I feel very lucky that I was referred to her and I will always go back here.
My experience with Dr.Rabizadeh was absolutely terrible. I went to her for possible skin cancer, which came back positive. She did surgery and her stitching of the sight of surgery left my arm looking deformed. Stitches were left in and the inner stitches pinched the outer skin. I had to go to a plastic surgeon to have the area fixed. She also did not return my phone calls but had the receptionint call back when I specifically stated that I wanted to talk with her.
I saw her 3 weeks ago after made the appointment about 2 long months ago for a small skin problem. At the office, she seemed not very friendly and also was in a hurry. The medication she gave me ended up not working for me so I called her back for a new one. But after 5 calls and leaving many messages during past weeks, I have not been able to reach her for an answer. I have no idea why? So I have to switch to another doctor. I am sure I have to wait another months or two before I can get help for my skin problem. Highly not recommending her to anyone.
I saw her at her Beverly Hills office. Only negative was the wait.
